Martin Luther King Center Brings Anti-Racism

Racism is something that has been around, basically humans ruled the world” as you can say. This has been going on for a while now, it’s been getting out of control. You may remember Martin Luther King Jr. and, his famous speech “I Have A Dream”(Martin Luther KIng Jr.) this speech caused hatred on all the blacks and, he wanted to stop slavery, and racism with that speech. Racism is making our world violent and we need to stand up as a society.

Racism has lead to violence, gun shots, and death. Certain people only care about where they come from or what they look like, For example “skin color, hair color, eye color, and where they come from.”(A. M. Buckley) People in this world are cruel and seem to put down others to make themselves

feel better. We live in a world where people think you have to be “normal” or “white” to fit in. However, it is not about what we see on the outside it is about what a person is made up of.

“Racism is mainly towards black and immigrant groups”(A. M. Buckley) they think that only white people should live in the United States and mexican people in Mexico, and black in Africa. The race that you are DOES NOT matter because, we all should get along, love each other, and love the world. If you hurt one, you can’t replace the one that you hurt because, “every word counts.”

Teachers teach kids from all over the U.S. about slavery, and racism. They talked about Rosa Parks, and Martin Luther King Jr. . Rosa Parks fought for racism on the bus while “Rosa Parks refusing to give up her seat on a bus to a white man in Alabama in 1955, leading to her arrest.”(Melissa Breyer)Martin Luther King Jr. gave the greatest speech of all times, “ I Have A Dream” (Martin Luther King Jr.)
Martin Luther presented his speech because he wanted to stop slavery, and racism so everyone in any race can get along. “Martin Luther King Jr. got assassinated after his speech”(Melissa Breyer), I felt like the person who assassinated him, was just mad because, they liked slavery and liked being racist.

Many people don’t like racism and they want to end it, but how? We want to end racism by accepting each other by who we are and, how we look like.We came to this world to have peace and be loved,we did not to come to this world have violence and be hated. It doesn’t matter how others look. If you were to cut open a color person hand and, a white person hand what will happen? They will be able to bleed the same color.Everyone is different from the outside but in the inside we are all the same, every other person around you has the same emotions and color inside.
