My current employer is Marble Slab Creamery it is a well know ice cream shop. Some of our strengths are location, a large variety of ice cream flavors, and free unlimited toppings. Location is a strength, because being in South Texas we are prone to hot weather which has a positive correlation on ice cream sales. One of the main reasons customers come into our store is the large variety of ice cream variations you can create with our many flavors and toppings. This would be a strength, because you would not find these ice creams an ordinary store. Some of our weaknesses are high prices, sales being weather dependent, few low-calorie options, and not having a drive thru. High prices I would say is one of our core weaknesses, because I have seen many people walk out of the store without buying our products due to the high prices, as well as complain about the prices after they see their total amount charged.
