MAKEUP Has it ever occurred to you where makeup started, how it started, or who created it? I’ll start off by saying that it goes back about twelve thousand years ago. Makeup has always been a beauty thing; it was for many cultural reasons too. It started back when the ancient Egyptians women wanted to look their best, and saw the use of face paint. Yes, the Egyptians did use it to dress and impress, but not to the men they would surround them self with, or to look cute for a guy they worked with. Their sights were aimed a little higher. They were trying to impress the gods. That’s where the religious part comes in, but basically where makeup has generated from. Over the years, makeup has evolved and it’s not only face paint now; Its turned into powders, gels, clay, liquids, creams, and so much more. Not only is it for women, but a small percentage of men now also wear makeup. It’s hard to believe that even though makeup has been around for many years, a lot of people still ask the question “what is makeup?” and talk very negatively about it, and how it negatively effects people. It can be used on individuals who are scared or who experience the ill effects of medical conditions. For a youthful young person with an amazing most astounding point issue, makeup could be used to cover the imprints or blemishes, giving the high scholar a superior appearance. On somebody who has been badly burned or scared, it could be used for almost the same purposes. A weak person, who is ghostly pale, could bring some color to his or her face with the help of makeup. Makeup is also good as a sun protector. Today, most foundations and lipsticks have a sun protector substance. Makeup therefore can protect us from harmful U.V rays and decrease the chances of getting skin cancer, therefore, a true
