A thousand people are being chosen for a new democracy on the moon in the year 2066. A citizenship is the status of a person who under the law is a legal member of a country. When people have a citizenship they are granted more privileges and are given more rights to them. If a person is not from a country they could be naturalized in order to get their hands on a citizenship. For this new unique civilization there would be a jurisdiction which would help when choosing people to join the civilization. In order to have a balance, six hundred and sixty responsible responsible citizens, one hundred and ninety participatory citizens, and one hundred and fifty justice oriented citizens will be admitted.
Six hundred and fifty responsible citizens should be allowed to live in the new civilization. These type of villagers tend act in a responsible manner. They obey laws and contribute to their society in a positive way. Not only that, but they are self reliant and honest which is important to have in a society. Brady is a participatory citizen since she got involved in many organizations along with helping the community strive. If human kind is to conquer the solar system and reach for the stars, we must first start closer to home. In such a situation, creating a colony on our nearest partner celestial body, the Moon, would create an ideal opportunity to learn and explore technical capabilities and human characteristics in space. On board, there would be plenty of science to do, plenty of fun to be had, and plenty of knowledge to learn. However, a lunar base of this kind of complexity can not just be slapped together; it must be designed and detailed beforehand to ensure a safe working environment for those inside and around the lunar base.

People are still arguing if the moon landing in 1969 was real or faked by the United States Of America. Some people think it was faked and if they are true this would be very embarrassing to America and NASA. Some think it was real because of some of the evidence they brought back supposedly from the moon's surface but this is my opinion.
A substantial amount of Americans have heard somewhat of a description of the “Lost Colony”.Unfortunately not everyone knows all the facts. Also, not many know what lead up to the event; however, no one what so ever actually knows how the entire colony disappeared. There are only theories left to try to place together a picture of what may or may not have happened.
This type of exclusion comes under the political bracket, as it includes the rejection of citizen rights, such as the right to vote, freedom of speech and equal opportunities. Bhalla and Lapeyre (1997) argue that political exclusion ‘involves the notion that the State, which grants basic rights and civil liberties, is not a neutral agency but a vehicle of the dominant classes’, thus, exclude some social groups and include others. However, one must note that citizenship is not only political, as social citizenship refers to ‘the rights and obligations that determine the identity of members of a social and political community and which as a result regulates access to the benefits and privileges of members’ (Turner, 1997). Thus, citizenship is centred on the capacity of using individual and collective rights, and inequalities which can cause a social hierarchy, created of first class and second class citizens. When individuals are made unequal before the they do not have access to public goods, which consequently leads to alienation from society, and lack of opportunities freedom. T H Marshall divided citizenship into three aspects; civil (the right to certain freedoms), political (right to take part in elections) and social (the right to some economic welfare and to ‘share to the full of the social heritage and to live the life of a civilized being accorded to the standards prevailing in the society’(Marshall,1963). Citizenship should be a status enjoyed by the members of a political and social community which is attached to rights and obligations, without these one is excluded from society and isolated from society and oneself. The exclusion of ethnic minorities comes under the bracket of the problem of citizenship. In Britain, the Social Exclusion Unit of the government stated in 2000, that ‘In comparison to their representation in the population, people
public servants. For some, this action is perceived positively because it promotes the public good
The concept of citizenship traditionally has two meanings: it both implies legal relationships between a person and a country, thus being close to nationality, and defines a normative ideal of the association with a political community and an active participation in it; while analyzing the attributes of ‘a good citizen’, we mostly deal with the latter. Though it is democracy that enables us to fully exploit the capacities of our citizenship by giving us civil, political and social rights, it itself requires responsible citizens for proper functioning of its institutions. However, more and more people these days prefer to abstain from public life and to pursue private interests, and with the growth of passive citizenship, it is worth asking: what does constitute a good citizen? I believe that a good citizen is a person who never makes a choice between private interests and public activities, but the one whose life is balanced between those two, the one who needs to step outside the close circle to fulfill his life-mission, to realize his potential.
So now you see your many questions answered. A citizen is a legal member of a country, either by naturalization or by birth, with certain undeniable rights and some sensible restrictions to those rights. With these rights comes responsibilities that may differ for different age groups. A good citizen, however, not only is aware of all of the above information but tries to stay au courant of local and national news. A good citizen also makes wise decisions and actively participates in their community. The intelligence communicated in this essay is the script for the role of the citizen.
