Lord Of The Flies Leadership Analysis

After crashing on a deserted island, a group of british boys learn the importance of leadership. The boys learned how to fend for themselves but also have to survive on their own. The group of boys all knew that courage would lead them to survival and to take control. In order to be rescued, the group of boys needed a leader. These boys learned how to take care of themselves and others.
In the Lord of the flies leadership was a main detail that reflected on all of the boys. Without leadership, it will cause chaos amongst the group of boys. Whenever there was a leader, the boys would argue with one another. They did have several different leaders but, they would never agree on their decisions. It was always the same boys that wanted to take

leadership. None of the other boys wanted to take control and, challenge the leaders. The others acted as if they were scared to speak their mind.
All of the boys were challenged to work hard for their survival. They had to work as a team for food, water, and shelter. The boys trusted eachother, in order to survive everyday. The group of boys relied on each of their individual strengths. Friendships were starting to develop within the group. Some of the boys were starting to bond and realized that they needed eachother to survive. Even though there was fighting in the group, they all came together to survive.
Most of the boys overcame their fears by survivng on the island. The boys feared that nobody was going to save them. It took a lot of courage for the boys to survive alone on the island. Some of the weaker boys gained strength from the stronger leaders. Most of the boys were gaining life and survival skills together. Being on the island for as long as they were, showed that they were strong and motivated. The boys were becoming hopeful that they would be rescued.
In summary, leadership has taught the boys to get along and trust in eachother. In the end leadership reflected on all of the boys to come together to survive. Every survival skill that each boy learned gained their own confidence, and were able to show that they could take care of their own needs. Some of the boys were encouraging the others to stay strong through the trama that happened on the island. Overall without leadership, courage and the skills to survive the boys would have never made it off the island alive.
