Lil Pump is a new teen rapper from Miami, who is changing the game in hip hop. Pump’s a lo-fi rapper that makes music with his best friend, Lil Purpp (Smokepurpp). Pump is living the dream life of every seventeen year old boy: buying as many cars as you want, getting all the girls, having money to spend at all times, and doing something you love every day. But life wasn’t always like that for Lil Pump. Less than a year ago, Lil Pump was a bored sixteen-year old whose name was Gazzy and he was just trying to make money. It was Purpp who changed his life for the better.

Purpp convinced Pump to freestyle on a beat he made for his SoundCloud. Pump was a little nervous at first; this was going on a Purpp’s SoundCloud for all of his thousands of followers to hear. on an iPhone earbud speaker, and from there his career took off. Omar was a rapper, and produced a couple of friend’s SoundCloud tracks. Omar had a SoundCloud account that had a good amount of followers and a good fan base. Lil water, Lil Purpp, and Smokepurpp are the SoundCloud names Omar went by. Omar knew that Gazzy was a good rapper, so he convinced him to get on his track.
