“Life isn’t about finding yourself, Life is about creating yourself,” – George Bernard Shaw My goal in life is to be a great friend and wife to my fiancé. An exceptional and admirable mother that teaches her children not just right and wrong, but how to be healthy, happy, successful, responsible adults who can do the same for their families. I don’t want to lose sight of who I am and the person I am meant to be in the process. All the while, enjoying every bit of life and making every moment count. My Guide Life experiences are what guide me in accomplishing my mission. Through the people I meet and the places I travel I witness different cultures and values. This in turn ignites a spark of desire inside of me to understand why people do certain things, or why they hold values so different from my own. As I learn and understand I become more tolerant and can pass my knowledge on to others. I will not let stereotypes created by the media or others break my process for being happy. My process will allow me to become a better decision maker and avoid making snap-judgments. Important Relationships My Fiancé: Being engaged for me is like running a marathon. At first you take off all happy, full of excitement thinking, “No sweat, I can do this!” Then there are the hills. Down hills breeze right by, but those up hills, boy, you start thinking, “What am I doing here?” “This is ridiculous! I should just quit!” Pretty soon everything hurts; parts of you even go numb. Then you remember why you started this race in the first place. You learn to pace yourself and just enjoy running. I got engaged to my fiancé so I can grow old with my best friend in the world. And sometimes we loudly remind each other of that. Future Children: Althoug... ... middle of paper ... ...drained of energy to communicate with people and friends. So I just would like a simple personal mission for myself to be a great wife, a loving mother, a caring friend, and an innovative imaginative psychologist. My relationship with my mission statement and my daily life is not in perfect balance. I sometimes get overwhelmed by my daily life struggles such as money and school work. I need to do a better job of prioritizing what is important and what is not. Even though I feel an “out of balance” with how I am leading my life today and my life's mission statement, overall I am happy. This tells me that my mission is guiding me. If I am asked today about my love for my fiancé, my family and my life . I would say I love my Fiancé. I love my family and I love my life. Continuing to engage in activates that promote this way of thinking is, and will be, my priority.
I consider myself a driven, honest, hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated individual. I love to learn, to work, to improve, and most of all to help others. My life goal is to positively impact the lives of others and furthermore the community. While I can not predict how exactly I will do this I start by treating others well, helping out where help is needed, and dedicating myself to my education where I will expand my knowledge and acquire new skills.
I see every individual as a book that I have yet to open, and discovery there stories and goals in life. I believe in justice and above all that without trust no foundation in any relationship is worth having. Our society changes day by day because of educated people standing up and speaking out. I am a person of ethics, ambition , and compassion. My life's mission is to help others so they can complete there dreams in life."
...following through with my commitments. I know I struggle sometimes with following through with commitments but I remind myself of the importance of being a trustworthy person. I focus on expressing gratitude, because I realize the significance in my life. I express gratitude because I know everything existing in my life is without reason. Integrity becomes an important value in my life, simply because I know my credibility is on the line. Working in an environment where integrity is sometimes forgotten, my duty becomes exemplifying integrity with everyone I meet. My purpose becomes a reality in my life as I am continually seeing the positivity in things concerning my life. My life purpose statement, “I am the geyser so that people spew out positivity to those around them.”
...e of my goals in life; to be able to give back to the community that has seen me grow and to make the people I love proud of me. Although I aspire to be an officer I would really want to go far beyond being a traffic officer or a patrol officer I really hope to reach my goal to work as a federal law enforcer. I grew up watching many television shows such as COPS, criminal minds, cold case, without a trace, and it has always caught my attention to do work closer to criminal profiling, behavioral analysis. Not only did I grow up watching such television shows but I also has a really tough childhood experience that has led to me wanting to make a difference and I know I may not be able to make a huge difference but as long as I am able to help a few citizens that will do for me. My dream has always been to do something great and that is exactly what I will do.
My life is continually unfolding into a more global understanding of faith, religion and culture where I once thought all was wrong and evil if not strictly Roman Catholic. One of the ways I cultivate my outlook is to analyze the different ways people honor the dead.
My goal is the final destination of my financial success. It is to be able to pay bills without worry, be free of debt, have enough money for my kids to go to colleges and help other people with my financial resources.
I have only had three chapters in my life regarding my spiritual journey. The first chapter was from birth until I was twelve years old. My parents would take me to church with them every Sunday. Even when I was old enough to read the Bible on my own, I would get very confused on the details. I only understood the basic concepts of the spiritual dimension of Christianity, such as that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and was resurrected. When I was twelve, one Sunday the pastor’s sermon was on the topic of eternal life. At first, I was afraid when he was talking about how some people will go to hell. When my family and I left church, my mom took the time to explain to me how I could go to heaven if I prayed and asked Jesus Christ to be my personal savior. I did, and it opened the door for chapter two of my spiritual journey to begin. The
My long-term personal goal is to be at a place where I am genuinely happy with myself and my life and not allowing others and their opinions on me or what I have done or am doing in life to
Focusing in on the commitments that I have made will place order and hierarchy in my life so that God may work in it as He pleases. I want to fully commit my life and vocation to God so that His glory may be seen in every aspect. Since the most important thing to God is building His kingdom by constantly bringing home His children, I plan to order my life in such a way that allows me to be a blessing to others. To live a sacrificed life means giving up things that this world labels as riches. Living for others and with others is the way lived His life and Jesus knew that He was modeling it for the generations to come. We cannot do life or ministry alone as we do not and are not able to possess all of the spiritual grace gifts. This sacrificed life indeed requires a disciplined life and a genuine commitment to fulfil God’s will in our
There have been tons of things that I have learned and been taught in my life, by a number of people such as family, teachers, or even friends on occasion. The things they taught me vary from math and other related subjects to just some truly simple yet meaningful life lessons. However, there is nothing quite as unique, quite as special as a person teaching themselves a life lesson. It really is an amazing accomplishment for a person to teach themselves something. It is not quite as simple as another person teaching them something because it is not just the transferring of information from one person to another. The person instead has to start from scratch and process the information they have in their mind in order to come up with a new thought
My goal is to go to college and then have a career. It 's a goal that probably a lot of people have,
I want to achieve both of these goals before I grow old but I also want to achieve them both without damaging the other. I know how people get carried away with their jobs and don’t pay attention to their families. I also now on the contrary some people revolve their lives only on their family that they forget about the world. Although my success and happiness may seem selfish , I believe these two aspects in life must be found within yourself making it about you. As people grow older they reminisce about what they did what their life and if they put it into good use. I know if I succeed in my carrier I would be helping and putting my passion into good use. Raising a loving family , I know would also create better people in the world that would put them at good use for others. I hope when I am full of wrinkles, grey hairs, and thoughts that I will not disappoint
I remember when I was signing up for online school, how nervous I was. I was nervous because I am a visual learner I was afraid of not grasping the cncept of what I could not see. Now, I am at week two and I find online learning to be interesting and flexible to my life. I am always busy between work, children, church, and extra activities. I have been working at a hotel now for a year and a half, and I love the environment. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know the guest, and making the guest smile. On my journey working for the hotel business I have realized that it is also the employees that needs to be able to work professionally and to have a sense of passion for the work that they do. Being on the side of working for an employer I know what employees are wanting and as a becoming manager I would like to meet the needs and wants of the employees.
Everyone 's goal in life is to make sure they live a meaningful life, it 's what makes people motivated and how they rate themselves. We all run into this quandary which has challenged philosophers, scientists, and a numerous amount of other people. ‘How do we live a full and meaningful life?’ No one has entirely figured out how to live a meaningful life, but there are several key points researchers have found that help people find their meaning and satisfaction in life. “A student of life considers the world their classroom” – Harvey MacKay. This quote exemplifies what I aspire to become, a student of life. This is a person who is constantly learning, growing, and evolving, and using the lessons they learn as their platform. In order for one to become a student of life, I believe that learning experiences don’t necessarily always have to happen in the classroom. I have found that through traveling and real life experiences, my way of thinking about life and how things happen has been shaped with a broader understanding of knowledge, rather than just by sitting in a classroom and taking notes. I feel strongly that the traditional model of learning is very effective and that there is much to be learned in this manner, however being able to take what you learn and apply it on a much deeper level through visiting new places and experiencing new cultures and cuisines has helped me develop myself further and become a more well rounded individual.
