Letter Of Intent

Immigrants and their families from all over the world came to Canada and contributed to the creation of this wonderful multicultural country. Innovative ideas brought forth from their individual homelands such as technical knowledge, trade secrets, original art, philosophies, varieties of cultural ingenuity, music, and all kinds of cuisine are now integrated into Canadian society and culture. All these different nations with their skills, talents, and work ethic resulted in the creation of a uniquely prevailing and powerful nation.

1. Language acquisition & trauma effected at Workplace:

Lots of immigrants who have immigrated to Canada have come across trauma in various forms in their own countries. It will help the government to screen immigrants to see if they qualify to work in Canada in their particular field of experience; Immigrants will not face problems and go through the added stress and complexities that come with the process. This avoids labour marketing problems, skills discounting, and having the same field of experience will add up to making the Canadian economy stronger. The Australian & New Zealand government has already incorporated this into their immigration systems.

2. Providing 360-degree support to immigrant youth on the basis of truth reconciliation model: "Reconciliation is about forging and maintaining respectful relationships. There are no shortcuts." -Justice Murray Sinclair

It is easy for the youth to get involved in high-risk behavior which can factor from criminal offenses, mental health disorders, accidents, physical injuries, emotional trauma, drug and medical problems. The reason may also be lack of food, money, healthcare, education, love, care support
