I'm Sodanie, age 13, 8th grade and I'm a loner so all I do all day is pretty much go on the internet and watch British Tv shows even though that's a downside, there's some quality things about me I finished the whole Harry Potter series in 2 weeks, I guess that's some sort of an accomplishment. Unlike other kids that think they're too cool for books, I actually enjoy reading, if there aren't other books around I'll read a textbook or even end up with a dictionary. I'm also in the process of learning the gutair but to be honest I suck at it. Another fun fact is that I attempted to learn multiple languages at some point of my life but failed, so now I know how to speak abit of Italian and Latin but not enough to start a conversation. Now, when it comes to education and school, I don't want to be conceeded since I'm not exactly a perfect student but I'm an A/B student which is enough to get by. Besides since I have nothing better to do after school and have no friends I usually spend my time doodling, figuring how to play the gutair, or writing short stories rather than going out shopping or something.
In this highschool what I wish to accomplish is to finish what I started and learn some more languages because I'm actually interested in world culture. I also wish to improve my skills in algebra because I genuinely fail at that subject. Something else I've been looking forward to was to find a new hobby maybe join some extra curricular after school activites or somthing (School events, student organizations etc). But I'm still always willing to learn new things as usual, I don't find having an education, boring, it's actually something to look forward to. Something else I'd love to accomplish is to figure out what my future carrer would be because even though I had nearly all my life to think about it I literally don't know what I want to be, I think that going to highschool would help me decide my carrer choices.
In highschool I can contribute my very unique imagination because I have an open mind and I could probably help other students express their feelings the same way I do. I can also contribute
I also hope to help as many people around me at the same time so that they may have the life that they need. I wish to gain the skills needed to work with people as well as learning fast so that I am able to take on tasks without much difficulty. I want this to be a time to grow and find a place for myself in this life so that I can do as much good as possible. I expect to accomplish my high school degree with the highest gpa possible from where I am at in my schooling. I expect to learn valuable life skills that I can share with others in my life.
Although I am a fairly well-rounded student outside of school, I focus on the passions I am adept at: art and music. Creativity and thinking outside the box are skills that I have possessed and have developed over the years. It gives me great joy when I use my artistic and musical talents for the benefit of others, such as playing the piano and violin at a dinner honoring senior citizens or drawing pictures for young children at a Bible camp. Their smiles in appreciation of my service are priceless. My drive for excellence in my passions show that I give one hundred percent in all that I
My short-term goals will be completed throughout High School. I am taking a lot of Mathematical classes in High School, this year I am taking Statistics and Business Math. Next year I will either take Calculus or Precalculus. I like taking math courses because there is a lot of math in anyone's life time. Also my career choices require a lot of math, most classes they like to see I have already taken. I plan to get high grades in all of my classes so Colleges will take me seriously. One of my favorite classes is Statistics and I have a decent grade in it too. My activities at school include being in the Woodshop Club. It is very enjoyable for me and I hope to do more in woodworking as I grow older as a hobby. Activities outside of school include mainly Boy Scouts and work. I plan to get my Eagle Scout rank and I might go on to get Eagle Palms. I work as a Concrete laborer and I also do some finishing, it is a very
As we begin to grow up and come to the end of our high school career we must start to begin to start thinking about what type of career we want to be in. It is very important that a person picks the right type of career for them. Otherwise you will be unhappy with what you are doing and will not enjoy it at all. I am not entirely sure what I want my career to be but I have a pretty good idea as to what type of job it will be. I would like to go into the field of a physical therapist and sports medicine, I fell I will enjoy this more than any other type of career just because I already have a lot of interest in it.
It's unbelievable how each year, since the beginning of high school, my perfectly laid plans for myself have unavoidably deteriorated. When I entered my freshman year, I had aspirations of being a doctor (something I had wanted to be since I was a child). Now, here I am entering my senior year in high school without any idea of what I want to do. Now seems to be the time to start taking life seriously and making responsible, educated choices.
For my academic goal, on the other hand, I am going to graduate high school and continue on to college. During high school, my plan is to take as many advanced classes as possible. I am going to
In high school I would love to learn and study about mearin biology because I just love learning about things that happen underwater and that people aren’t too aware of.What I am going to do when I get out of high school is maybe go to college for possibly a year just to say that I went and it’s certainly better than not going at all.So all that stuff is what I pretty much need to do to reach or stride for medium-term goal. If I go to college it will definitely help with measurement and just get me feeling good about maybe what I would/could be
I am an 11-year-old 6th grader and I go to Jefferson Houston, I go by the name Blane. I have gone to Patrick Henry for kindergarten and Samuel W. Tucker for 1st-5th grade. In Jefferson Houston there is a program called AVID, this is a program that helps and motivates young adults to go to colleges. This year, I took an AVID interview for next year, and I passed so I will be in AVID next year. My favorite time of the day is lunch and my favorite subject is math. When it comes to school my strength is math, I am in 7th Grade Honors Math. I have gotten the A/B honor roll and citizenship award for semester 1. My plans for a successful and happy future is, to attend Harvard or Yale for law school and become a defense attorney. The most difficult event that changed me, was going to Jefferson Houston instead of Hammond. All throughout 5th grade, I was planning to go to Hammond and stick with my friends. But then, in the summer my mom preferred for me to go to Jefferson Houston, I obviously did not want to,
I am someone who can get bored really easily. Sitting in a chair for six to seven hours is not for me. I come from a supportive family. My family is always encouraging me to always to my best in school and outside of school. I am currently thirteen years old and go to E.O. Green junior high. My family is made up of two of my parents, three brothers and one sister. My motto is, “Even if stuff look awful , you can change that.”
College is the main goal of my life. It is a life dream to go to college to get a degree and get a successful job. Everything that I have done until this point is to get to college. During my senior year I plan to apply to many colleges and to take the SAT's to get into college. My GPA and SAT scores will be crucial for me to get into college. With college I will further my business career, making more successful in the field I enjoy doing.
First off, I want to graduate from college and do it well. I want to be able to do things on the weekends and not worry about having to make things up or anything like that. I am hoping for a scholarship in football, in my opinion that would be a great start for me in college. Then after college maybe pursue that as a career. If that doesn't work out for me then I want to look into athletic training or physical therapy. If those things don't interest me or I don't get into it I am then looking into law. That will take much more time and patience, but it's gonna be the rest of my life.
I can carry the responsibility of setting an example to my peers inside my high school walls. I am able to better myself as a citizen of the United States of America. Given my age I am fairly young but I carry ambitions to be very successful in life. I was born on a platform to help others. From a very young age I would present speeches around my school in different classrooms addressing the homeless in Portland and how treacherous the winters were going to for them.
SUMMARY – This section covers the topic of relationship. The characteristic of one’s social relationship may be related to chronic diseases, particularly, stroke, heart diseases and all-cause mortality. The book mentioned that the mechanisms is still not clear, however, when it came to the marriage problems and contradiction, the relationship argument, and even isolation have poor outcomes upon health and increase the risk of disease. It mentioned that those individuals who have good supportive friends/relationships, lowered the risk of chronic diseases and inflammation. Bad relationships may influence cytokine activity and cause an inflammatory response, yet when it came to positive and or good relationships may do the opposite. Programs like the “ABC”, which stand for “Act-Belong-Commit” should be used to promote a healthy relationship, and manage chronic
The first thing on my list is to graduate high school. I will accomplish this by working hard in my classes to achieve good grades. Being my senior year, I plan to really concentrate on my school work to help get a better grade point average (G.P.A). By earning a higher G.P.A. it can help lead to scholarships,...
I am sentimental, out-going, indecisive, understanding, curious, naive, lazy, and young. I want to be ... , well a lot of things, and growing is discovering what they are. I feel people cannot see the potential within, although there is no one to blame but myself. I look to others for approval instead of to myself. I aim to please; it leads to approval. I don’t like to discuss my faults; I pity myself.
