Human growth consist of physical development, however physical growth has reached its max in adulthood. There are many visual changes that occur, including skin changes, vision, hair loss and also weight gain. Late Adulthood Late adulthood is a time of enjoying family, maintaining good health and staying active. However, as many reaches this stage they tend to slow down and explore life differently. Changes will happen dramatically physically and mentally. Some people tend to age quicker than others, depending on their lifestyle development. This is why proper nutrition and an advanced environment is so necessary. Cognitive development declines for many older adults, such as working memory, or short-term memory.
