INTRODUCTION The winter season can be a major hassle for some people while others just have to deal with a slight cool down in temperatures. Over the northern portions of the country, people are faced to deal with the harsh conditions that Mother Nature has in store. Some winter seasons are less brutal than others. In conclusion, the snow days should not have to be made up because, it will interfere with summer plans, the length of summer vacation, and transportation issues. Thus, it would be more beneficial to everyone if the snow days did not have to be made up.

While the duration and times of these phenomenon vary from country to country, it is a given among different populations of the world that their weather would undergo certain changes at various times of the year. It is irrefutable and expected. Meteorologists may wrongly predict the times though. Seasonal changes have been integrated into our cultures too. Seasons determine our leisure activities, sports, dressing, etc. In America, seasonal changes determine, at the least, the population behaviors for migration, business, and commerce, health, jobs availability, and farming activities.
