I do believe this assessment produced reputable answer about my interests. In both assessments they indicated that I am most satisfied with my social activity interests such as hanging out with friends, social media, planning parties for birthdays and such, and many other social activities. All social activities I partake in help me relax and enjoy the time I am doing these things, not looking at the clock wondering when it will be over. I had the opportunity to take the 16 Careers Cluster Inventory. I found the assessment very easy to take. As well, I found the inventory easy to score. My results of the assessment indicated my top three career areas were: 1. Educational and Training, 2. Health Sciences, and 3 had a three way tie between Human Services, Hospitality, and Law enforcement. I found the assessment to be dead on. Based upon the past personality inventories that I have taken I found the suggested areas very appropriate. One of the appealing aspects of the inventory was the easy of taking it! It seemed to gather accurate information without being overly pathological and test-driven.
One assessment cannot accurately gauge what a person should do for the remainder of his or her life. The suggested occupations from the FOCUS 2 assessment for me are not occupations in which I have a true interest. Even though I possess the skills that would help me have a successful career in that type of field, I feel like I would be bored and unhappy in such a career. Another piece of the assessment that I liked was it provided me with careers that fit my interests and preparation levels needed. For instance, one of the categories was job zone three careers that require medium preparation, such as vocation school training, on-the-job experience, or an associate’s degree. Some of the jobs I found interesting included, electronics and mechanical engineering technicians, web administrators and developers, medical equipment repairer, and aviation inspectors. However, I’m looking more for a career that will utilize a four-year bachelor’s degree, which are identified in job zone four with high preparation needed. For example, I found the following jobs interesting, aerospace engineering and operations technicians, Biomedical engineers, computer systems engineers/architects, financial analysts, forensic science technicians, nuclear and robotics engineers and software developers. I learned from taking the Keirsey Temperament Sorter and the Myers-Briggs Personality Quiz many things, like that Guardians actually make up 40 to 45 percent of the world's population and I came back as 66 percent introvert, 6 percent sensing, percent feeling, and 6 percent judging. After completing this personality test and reviewing the results, I found that the overall scoring accurately described me in most areas. The Big Five Personality test scores in five different areas involving openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. Openness, the first area of the personality test, is described as a person’s ability to think in abstract, complex ways. In this section, I scored a 70% which means that I am moderately open to experience. People who are creative, intellectual and adventurous tend to score higher, whereas people who are dull, practical and more focused tend to score lower.

Some observations on interest’s. We may make several observations’ about interests and types of interests.
I do think the results of the self-assessment are an accurate description of my preferences. However, before I did the learning style task, I have no idea about myself either being so visual or reflective. For example, as a management student, I have many group presentations and group works throughout a term, so that all the group members need to sit together and work together, and I find is really stressful when someone is nearby me, I just cannot focus and I feel uncomfortable to work with others. It really explained I am a reflective learner because I rather study alone instead of study with others.
For the Openness to Experience/Intellect, my score indicated that I prefer traditional and familiar experiences. While that may be true, it also indicated that I was uncreative and had narrow interest. I think I am a very creative person, because some In allowing them to have a voice, they will be able to offer feedback or contributions (positive or negative) that can be instrumental in some decision making. I will set the example by being a good role model, so that they will not only hear what they are expected to do, but also see.
After completing the assessment exercise I have been able to carefully my personality. The exercise consisted of an evaluation of four areas: Locus of Control, Personality Type, Stress Reactions, and Learning Styles.
