Dave Grohl was the 5th drummer for nirvana, many of the previous drummers would only join for weeks, for this reason, most people would consider Dave Grohl the main drummer for Nirvana. NIRVANA’S MUSIC
Nirvana had a specific kind of music which was new when they first became a band most people would say it was a combination of rock and punk which eventually came to a name called Grunge. This new music “Grunge” was very different from other types of music around at the time, it would combine a variety of fast/slow or high/low. Nirvana had many best selling albums and best selling songs going from fast to slow or low or high. One of Nirvanas best selling album was called “Nevermind”. This album has been best selling since 1991 to present day and continues to sell hundreds a day even though Nirvana is no longer around.
