As I read Krakovsky’s article, I realized that how hard to manage the goals and overcome my weakness and temptations. Krakovsky said: “The highest opinions of their self- restraint were most likely to give in to temptation” (41) imagining that we are on the boat in the center of a river. There are three branches in front indicating which way you are going therefore you which way is the right way. If you do not know where do you go, your boat will turn in the way which the flow drifts. It likes on your “river life”, if you do not have a strong target, the temptations will swirl you in to a drift which you cannot control.
