Winning them unlocks a trophy or a handy piece of custom equipment, the higher the difficulty, and the better the prizes. Losing comes at a hefty price, torching you most or in some cases, all of the rewards. Nearly ever mode in Smash Brothers offers a set of unlock able rewards and the only part about unlocking them that isn’t satisfying is some of the awkward menus.
