As soon as her baby was born she had soviet soldiers stuff her and her baby into a cattle car full of people to take them to who knows where. On this trip in the cattle car no one expected the baby to live and right they were. Once the baby had died Ona was grieving over the child's death by “ Being very quite and not celebrating when they find out the germans were in lithuania!” (Sepetys 69). Stemming from his shyness, I believe he is in a way, dependant on his friend Rolando’s social interactions and approval of him. He often sits to the side, ready to converse with him. He also covers his mouth/lower face with his hand by resting his head on his hand in various ways when facing the class as if he were cradling him self or hiding. I do not observe this behavior when he is talking to Rolando. This leads me to assume he suffers from some degree of insecurity. And I have yet to observe him to speak with anyone but Rolando until he asked me what he could write about me (what a coincidence).

The desires of Othello, Cassio, and Roderigo allowed Iago to develop his deceitful plots by either offering, in the cases of Roderigo and Cassio, or taking away, in the case of Othello, what they want most. Iago used the weaknesses of others to complete his horrifying mission of destroying those above him. Iago manipulates Roderigo by using him as a pawn in his game to gain power. He also manipulates Cassio by using his flaw of becoming angry when drunk against him, a secret Cassio believed he told to a trusting friend. Othello is most clearly blindsided by Iago’s plot and no longer desires to live when he realizes he has killed his truthful wife after being told a lie. These characters all shared the common fatal flaw of trust, which lead to their downfall.
