I wish I was a world famous food critic writer; I would let everyone know about Kabob House restaurant. I remember going there for the first time and since then, I always went back. Kabob House restaurant has an interesting atmosphere that always settles my state of mind, and makes me feel happy. Each time I go to Kabob House, I leave with not only a delicious piece of kabob, but with a fascinating piece of education about different cultures. The reasons why I think it is the best restaurant because, it serves its customers the best tasting food at a good price in a clean, comfortable place.

In an interview with Faraidon Osmani the owner of Kabob House, on the Idaho Statesman website, Osmani was a refugee from Afghanistan, who once owned a restaurant in Moscow, Russia for ten years. He arrived to America in 2005. He tried to open a similar restaurant in Boise Id.Osmani accomplished his goal in 2013, when Kabob House on West Emerald Street served its first Middle Eastern plate to the Treasure Valley foodies (Dutton). In the Interview Osmani said, “I see a lack of various food styles in Boise. Opening this restaurant with authentic food adds more diversity here. I also like sharing our food and culture here, and I think this is a great way to do it. (Dutton). There is no other restaurant in Boise that serves the same food Kabob House serves. Kabob House serves different kinds of dishes from different cultures. The exaggerated and diverse dishes on the menu that Kabob House offers, satisfies everyone. No matter how picky a person is, Kabob House provides something for everyone. My favorite thing to order is the chicken kabob it is a tender chunks of chicken breast, marinated in special herbs, spices and broiled over the grill. they serve it very tender and juicy and full of flavor. Kabob House not only serve delicious food, but also has a great service. Lots of restaurants serve good food, but not all have very good service. The service at Kabob House is perfectly marvelous. When eat there, the waiter and waitresses welcome me as if they have been waiting for me. They make their customers feel welcomed and happy to see them. when I get there, they take me to a table and asks me what I want to eat. Even if the restaurant is full and busy during lunch hours, The servers try their best to get your order on time. Servers stand by each table to make sure to answer all questions and to refill water for customers. They are willing to help and answer any questions customers have about anything. Once, I had a friend visitor from out of town and I took her to Kabob House. We got to the restaurant just before the restaurant close in ten minutes. They let us in and treated us with honor. My friend was really surprised by the great service and the quality of the food. The servers are very alert and sweet without being overbearing. The Decor at Kabob house is just as unique as their food.
The restaurant's interior is tastefully decorated. It gives the atmosphere of the middle eastern culture. In the restaurant, there are lovely stitched pictures above the seats, and in front of the windows, there are some seats surrounding hookahs. There are two authentic looking seating cushion areas. They are done in ornate red silk and really add to the atmosphere. The red decorations on the walls give that ethnic feel. The seating stools are very colorful. I love how the decorations combines several traditions of India, Afghan, Turkey, and the Middle East. Kabob House has something for everyone to enjoy. “We are not only sharing our food with them, but we also share our culture,”said Khaliki (Alger). The decorations sets the mood of the restaurant and the culture. The atmosphere evokes the Middle East not only by decorations, but also the music and dances they play. Kabob House has dancing performance sometimes. One of the dances they performed was belly dance, and Indian dancing. On one of my visits to Kabob House a dancer explained to me that there is no rules to many of the dances, but rather the music tells them what movements to take. People who go to Kabob House get lots of knowledge about different cultures. Kabob House share their cultures through their music and

Chuy’s Tex-Mex Restaurant started in 1982 in Austin, TX off Barton Springs Rd. It was the vision of two friends, Mike Young and John Zapp. They wanted to create a restaurant that offered quality food, diverse options, and affordable prices. The first location was in an old, abandoned BBQ shack with limited room and space, but it would certainly do. Mike and John ran low on their budget for décor and ended up with $20 to spend. John went out to find as much décor as possible. “You can’t fake cheap.” said, John. One of the items John came back with was a velvet canvas of Elvis; thus the beginning of the signature culture and environment provide by Chuy’s. John and Mark say, “If you’ve seen one Chuy’s, you’ve seen one Chuy’s.” The one common denominator found in each location is the Elvis Shrine. I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
Our team has been instructed to help advise on a business case involving a restaurant, The Mongolian Grill. It’s owner, John Butkus, is contemplating renovations, in hopes of adding capacity and increasing revenue. There are several scenarios that are available to him. One option is to add an extra food bar. The second option is to move the location of the cooking area. He can also implement both options, if he so chooses. Chipotle is my favorite place to eat. As I am sure it is for other people. Chipotle is a fast food Mexican grill. They are most known for how big they make your burritos. Now it is fast food but it isn’t actually fast, they’re like a restaurant but without the wait. They serve all naturally raised meat and organic beans. So there food is pretty healthy and worth eating. The employees are always nice and it just a great place to eat over all. Chipotle is a great choice for a quick fast food stop because it gives great service, atmosphere, food and value. My experience there is always a good one.
Applebee’s is a casual-dining chain owned by DineEquity based out of Glendale California. DineEquity, who also owns IHOP, acquired Applebee’s in 2007 for about $2.1 billion. The chain as of 2013 has over 2000 locations with plans to open even more in the future. The merger with IHOP resulted in being the largest casual dining company world with over 3,000 locations worldwide.
That would be the authentic taste and experience the restaurant provides its customers with. Whether diners choose to go out to celebrate or gather the family for a delicious meal, there is one place that they will certainly enjoy having it at, Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Dave Thomas an American restaurateur and a philanthropist once said, “It all comes back to the basic. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.” (thomas). Everyone can agree on Dave Thomas, but I have a couple more criteria to add to his idea of a great successful restaurant. If I go out to eat I might as well pick a place that, though may be expensive, has scrumptious food because why bother going to spend money on food you can make yourself? A great restaurant has to meet three of my criteria’s: the Décor and atmosphere, impeccable service and cleanliness, and most importantly the food.
