John Quincy Adams once said “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” Justin Timberlake started inspiring and helping people at the age 14 when he joined NSYNC. Because of his leadership qualities, artistic skills and humanitarian efforts, Justin Timberlake is a great leader, with good influence on the rest of society.

Justin Timberlake has positive components of a leader that help him to have a good influence of the rest of society. Justin Timberlake, himself, once said “ I want to share three pieces of undenying wisdom that has helped me” ( Iasimone) . This quote displays the influential aspect of him. He influences by teaching. By doing this he is able to persuade others to follow his ways and listen to his “undenying wisdom” and more. This is an important quality of a leader. Justin Timberlake also “Co-owns three restaurants… also owner of a

tequila brand… and an eco -friendly golf course” (Bottinelli). This fact represents the accomplishments of Timberlake which is also an extremely important quality of a good leader. In an interview about Justin Timberlake a music teacher said “various business ventures show him to be more than just a singer”(Buah). The indicated quote explains that Justin Timberlake is well-rounded and accomplished ( as a great leader should be) allows people to notice the initiative he has taken to more than just a singer. “On one occasion , I witnessed Justin Timberlake straddle the line between fame and humility impeccably… modesty can be symbiotic.” (Asaah). The confession listed before first-hand shows the good and great leadership of Justin Timberlake and how he handles fame and modesty all the same.
Justin Timberlake speaks through his art and influences people in this way. “ A great example of this is Alpha Dog… influenced many viewers with it’s heartbreaking career” (“Qualities of a leader”). This displays another way he influences people, but now through his artistic actions. By taking part of Alpha Dog, the people who felt an emotional connection towards the movie associate Timberlake with those emotions. This helps and shows that through his manners and art he is able to make people feel things that can lead them into his direction. People who have listened and seen his work can agree and testify to that as well. “It’s star power comes from the fact that he sounds like he's having fun when he makes music… you can feel the emotion”(Wonder). This also shows his good influence because he helps people feel positive which can direct them to do positive things. His whole career is surrounded on speaking and influencing through his work. Even, just the path he paves for himself inspires people,“The consistency in his altruism, drive and dynamic career, unlike and other artists”(Wade).
Lastly, Justin Timberlake does a lot of humanitarian work for a goal of bringing people together which has a had a positive influence on society in general.

According to many sources Justin Timberlake “Supports 29 charities and 25 causes” (“Justin Timberlake: Charity Work”). These humanitarian efforts show that Justin Timberlake really likes to give back to the world. These donations help people see the goods things he has done and the positive feelings he gives off. “The Justin Timberlake Foundation was established by Nsync sing sensation Justin Timberlake to share his love for music” (“Justin Timberlake Foundation”). This quote shows that he not only he is a leader by influencing people to continue down his path, but that he continues to show his advocacy for what he believes is important. This all ties down to the fact that Justin Timberlake tries to have a positive influence on society. “The urge to bring about a state of wholeness or optimal functioning.”(Justin Timberlake Motivation). Justin Timberlake shows excellent leadership and has a good

influence.
