Jenny Peterson has a broad work history helping make a difference in people’s lives. Some jobs include: nursing, life line consulting, management, and training in hospitals. Peterson has also taken roles in family counselling focusing on drugs, violence and relationships; developing action plans to bring these issues to a solution. Peterson states in her cover letter that she is the perfect candidate for the counsellor position that was advertised online. Peterson is confident that she is qualified and shares expertise in the areas of the job description; Furthermore, telling us her achievements in depth and how she has been successful in her career.

In her achievements, she goes into detailed scenarios that she has handled in her job, which gives the reader an insight to the work she has done. All her positions have been in sensitive areas of people’s lives, whether it is family issues, physical/mental health, or types of abuse, such as: Physical, Mental, Drug or Sexual. This can create very strong feelings, such as sympathy, for those that have been effected directly and indirectly in these scenarios given and/or areas that she has worked. After reading how she resolves these issues, the reader may get a feeling of achievement and being proud of all the work that Peterson has done to help bond or mend difficult situations for individuals and families.
