Jeffrey Lionel Dammer, was born in Wisconsin on the 21sth of may, in the year of 1960. his parents were Joyce dahmer and Lionel dahmer. He was a happy child until a surgery for a double hernia at the age of 6. the surgery seemed to cause some changes in the young Jeffrey.The surgery happened about the same time as the birth of his younger brother. ever since Jeffrey’s surgery and the birth of his younger brother, he began to start keeping to himself. He began to lose confidence in himself, and began to become more and more of a loner. He began to feel insecure about himself. during his teen years he had no friends to speak of and was separated sociallyy.
In and interview, Jeffrey said that his lust for murder and necrophilia began around the age of 14 years. the reason is because he was under stress because of a nasty breakdown between his parents. His parents divorce effected him mentally. It is believed that the psychological and social stress of his mental, social and physical state that eventually led his to start his murderous tendency’s.
it was about three weeks after graduating from Revere High School, that Jeffrey had claimed his first victim. After his parents divorce, Jeffrey was living in his home alone. His mother had moved north, and his father was living out of a motel. on the 18th of June Jeffrey came across a

young man hitchhiking along side the road, his name was Steven Mark Hicks. Steven was making his way to a nearby rock concert, when jeffrey picked him up. After Jeffrey convinced Steven to come to his house, they went back to Jeffrey’s house and started to drink. After and hour or two of drinking and blasting music, Steven wanted to leave. Jeffrey who had no friends or social life did not want Steven to leave. As Steven made his way to the door Jeffrey took a ten pound dumbbell and struck steven twice on the back of his head. This knocked Steven out, to finish the act jeffrey crushed his neck with the barbell killing Steven. Jeffrey proceed to masturbate over the body, and then began to dissect the body and burry it in a shallow grave in his backyard.
After being pushed by his father, Jeffrey joined the united states army in July in the year of 1979. he was relocated to fort sam Houston, to train as a combat medic. Later on the 13th of July in the year of 1980 he was sent to Germany to be stationed as a medic. According to his superiors he was an above average soldier, in the first 11 months of his service. But his alcoholism caught up with him after the first year, and his performance became sloppy and unfitting of a soldier. In march of 1981 he was dishonorably discharged from the army and was given a ticket to anywhere in the u.s. .
After being discharged from the army Jeffrey moved back to Ohio with his dad and stepmom. Since he was jobless, his father and stepmom tried to keep him busy with household chores. however his advanced alcoholism remained the only importance to Jeffrey. His drunken ness landed him in jail with a 60 dollar fine and a ten day jail incarceration. After many failed attempts to sober Jeffrey, his father sent him to live in the west allis with Jeffrey’s grandmother. Jeffrey’s grandmother is the only family member that Jeffrey ever showed any care towards. His father and stepmother hoped his grandmother would put him on the right track in life, and rid him of his alcoholism.
Living with his grandmother, Jeffrey started to drink less and became more socially active. He accompanied his grandmother to church and helped out with chores around the house. He later found a job as a phlebotomist at a blood center and worked for about 10 months before he got laid off. when he got laid off it put Jeffrey back down a dark path. On the 7th of august in the year of 1982 Jeffrey exposed himself to a crowd of women and children at he Wisconsin state fair. He was charged with indecent exposure, and was arrested. This costed him 50 dollars plus what ever the court cost were.
It was in 1987 when jeffrey would start his spree of killing. In november he was still living with his grandmother, when he first met steven tumor. Jeffrey had met Tuomi at a local bar, where they had quite a few drinks together. Jeffrey had convinced Tuomi to come back to the hotel with him. But Jeffrey at the time had no intentions on murdering Tuomi, but instead just wanted to have intercourse with him. The morning after Jeffrey had taken Tuomi to the hotel, Jeffrey woke up on top of tuomi, with blood, and bruses on his hand, Jeffrey had beaten Tuomi to death. Jeffrey claimed in an interview that he did not remember killing Tuomi. He stuffed Tuomi’s body into a large suit case and moved him back to his grandmothers house. About six days later he separated the limbs from the torso, separated the bone from the flesh and pulverized the bone and stuffed the flesh into garbage bags. He then threw all of the remains of Tuomi into the trash.
It was only a couple of moths after Jeffrey had killed Tuomi when he sought out his next victim. He crossed paths with james doxtator a fourteen year old male prostitute. He paid the boy 50 dollars to come to his grandmothers house to take nude photographs. Once back at his grandmothers house They proceed to have intercourse, Jeffrey then drugged him and strangled the life out of the boy. He took the body down stairs to the cellar, and the same way he he disposed of Tuomi, he dismembered the body and separated the flesh from the bone. He then pulverized the bone and bagged up the flesh and disposed of the body in the trash.
During his killing spree Jeffrey came to find out that hiding it all from his grandmother became more and more difficult. so in September of 1988 he purchased a one bedroom apartment. When it came to the process of how Jeffrey killed his victims, He rarely changed his process. The process was: he would seek out victims at local gay bars and bathhouses. he would offer them money for sex, or some free drinks, to taunt them back to his apartment. once at his apartment he would put drugs in a drink and serve it to the victim, this would render the victim unconscious. He would then proceed to strangle them to death. Once the victim was dead the would rather masturbate overt the body or have sex with the dead body. once he finished defiling the bodies, he would proceed to dis member the body, and like the previous victims remove the flesh from the bone and smash the bones into small pieces, then bag up all of the remaining flesh and body parts, except for the heads and genitalia, and dispose of them in the garbage.
Jeffries killing spree continued after the murder of the 14 year old prostitute, for 4 and a half years.

over this time he killed and estimated 17 boys and men that he had met at bars or at the train station. The process he used never changed it was the same method over and over again. meet them at a gay bar, or train station, proposition them, drug them, kill them, defile them, and finally dispose of them. But one thing that wasn’t always the case was ether or not he kept some of the flesh or genitals. some victims he would completely disregard after defiling them, but some he preserved genitals, skulls, and some muscles for

consumption.
on the 22 of july in 1991 two police officers were flagged down by a man on the street, with handcuffs on his wrist. when they approached him to hear what he had to say, the man said a crazy white man tried to handcuff him and take advantage of him while holding a knife. the police officers returned to Jeffreys house and confronted him about the incident. Jeffrey confessed to trying to cuff the man. One of the two officers went into the bedroom, against the wishes of jeffrey but entered anyways. In the bedroom he found the knife and a pile of photographs that displayed horrific images of mutilated body. he took them to his partner and confirmed that ties were taken in the apartment. at that time jeffrey tried to make a break for the door. but the police overpowered him and cuffed him. Jeffrey replied with “I should be dead for what I have done”. after subduing jeffrey and calling for backup, they searched the house to find severed heads preserved in the fridge and organs and muscle found in plastic bags in the fridgrater. A later more detailed search done by federal agents found full skeletons, and about 7 different skulls, some painted and some bleached.
After being arrested at his apartment he was taken to a jail in Milwaukee, there he waited to be tried and sentenced. On the 30 of august in 1992 Jeffrey dahmer confessed to the murder of 15 boys and men, but against he pleaded not guilty, he pleaded insane, and unaware of the actions he was committing. but 16 days later on the 15th of February, the jury concluded that he was completely sane and was well aware of his actions, and found him Guilty. He was given a life sentence for each of his victim, this amounted to 936 years. by the end of it Jeffrey stated how he wished for death to come to him.
Jeffrey was sent to Columbia correctional in Wisconsin. The prison officials agreed to keep jeffrey in a solitary confinement for the first years of his incarceration. They feared that the other inmates would try to murder or inflict serious bodily harm to him. Jeffrey agreed to being in solitary confinement. After serving a year in solitary lockup, he was moved into a low security section of columbia corrections. Along with the transfer to a new cell, he was also given work assignments for 2 hours a day. the work was medial work, he was assigned to clean the bathrooms and and stalls in the cell block. Jeffrey was in to his second year of his incarceration, when he asked detective patrick murphy, if he could borrow a copy of the bible. the detective let jeffrey have one and as jeffrey had started to work his way through the book he started to become more and more involved with the bible and the lords work. he read the bible through and through, noumerous times. until finally in may of 1994 jeffrey had asked to be baptized to become a born again christian. his request was granted and later that month jeffrey was baptized by a minister at the local church of christ, roy ratcliff. He was babtized in the prison’s clinic bathtub. Every week until november, rat cliff would visit jeffrey in the prison. They often talked about death and wether or not jeffrey was sinning against god by living.
On the morning of November 28, 1994, Dahmer left his cell to conduct his assigned work detail. Accompanying him were two fellow inmates: Jesse Anderson and Christopher Scarver. The trio was left unsupervised in the showers of the prison gym for approximately 20 minutes. At approximately 8:10 a.m. Dahmer was discovered on the floor of the bathrooms of the gym suffering from extreme head and facial wounds; he had been severely bludgeoned about the head and face with a 20-inch (51 cm) metal bar. His head had also been repeatedly struck against the wall in the assault. Although Dahmer was still alive and was rushed to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead one hour later. Anderson had also been beaten with the same instrument, and died two days later from his wounds. Scarver, who was serving a life sentence for a murder committed in 1990, informed authorities he had first attacked Dahmer with the metal bar as he (Dahmer) was cleaning a staff locker room, before attacking Anderson as he (Anderson) cleaned an inmate locker room. According to Scarver, Dahmer did not yell or make any noise as he was attacked.
