Living in two different countries is an experience that opens people's minds to a new way of thinking. Japan and China are two neighboring countries which belong to the same geographical areas. Although, these two countries share several similarities and differences in many aspects, especially in the areas of geography, population, and culture.
First, there are many similarities and differences between the geography of Japan and China, both are in Asia. However, Japan is located in East Asia near North Korea and South Korea while China is situated in South East Asia. Moreover, both of them share a tropical climate. One the other hand, differ greatly in terms of physical geography. In Japan, there are mountains almost everywhere in contrast, China possesses a small hilly country.
Second, in that respect are many similarities and conflicts between Japan and China in Population. China's population is appromxiliy 1.357 billion. In contrast, Japan has far less people. However, the people in China and Japan share many things in common, they both have many of the same characteristics. In conclusion, the reason why the culture of Japan is similar with China is that Japan is the first country to have been greatly influenced by Chinese culture. However, Japan and China have several things in common, but there are likewise different in term of land, people, and traditional.
