When one is limited to do so, he is putting himself out on the line to make him anxious or afraid. If he wanted to stand up and face his fears all he would have to do is embrace them. Eliminating one’s anxiety will allow one to embrace his obstacles. For instance, when Phil Hansen embraced his shake by making his artwork more different than usual. Also, when James Collier was anxious, embracing but he hesitated and then actually agreed to do the assignment. Let alone, Hansen said, “When I embrace the shake I realized I could still make art, but find a different way to approach it.” For instance, by Hansen embracing the shake he likes to build his own artwork but then he destroys it. When Hansen made Jimi Hendrix out of matches and then making him feel better he burned it after he built it. In addition to his artwork, Hansen would rather use his chest and stomach as a canvas much less on a canvas itself. When he painted the pictures on his chest and stomach. Each picture represented an influence in his life. The more Hansen embraced the shake he made more amazing artwork. On the other hand, Hansen struggled, but managed to keep art in his life. Although Hansen embraced one of his obstacles, James Collier had a hard time with anxiety. People learn and grow by confronting, not backing away from situations that make them anxious.
One can always learn from their anxiety, by not backing down to the situation and just face them. Therefore, James Collier had some challenges for his anxiety, but he had progressed. He was learning from his anxiety to make him better, to control it. In fact, Collier said, “You can’t learn if you don’t try.” When Collier had been in college one of his roommates wanted him to go with him to a ranch in Argentina. Collier began to think, he has never been to far from New England. Day after day he began to have night sweats he didn’t know what was going to happen on this trip. He eventually turned it down. On the other hand, he went back to his old job and realized that he turned it down going to a ranch because of the fact he got scared. In the event of Collier not taking the trip to Argentina in years. Years had passed Collier had been offered a writing assignment that would require three months in Europe. He began to think and he didn’t know his way around Europe. He didn’t know about their culture and don’t know how to speak the language. Collier began to over think about the assignment and ended up accepting the trip. Collier came back from the trip to Europe. He had learned that he is an experienced traveler. For that being Collier never hesitated to head to any other place. As a result of Phil embracing the shake and Collier not being anxious anymore. I have had an embracing
moment and where my anxiety became a problem. When I embraced a moment with that time being. I was learning to paint galaxies with Austin. She had taught me to paint with a paint brush and the main colors that one has to use. Which are black and dark vibrant colors. When I first started, I could not use the paint brush to paint the galaxy, I was so about to quit, until I had a great idea to help me save my problem. I have taken and old sponge and then I realized that I have done it in a way that I love. I embraced painting to my own unique way. Because I embraced a moment I had overcame my anxiety. Embracing a moment and getting over ones anxiety can become a little difficult. Given these points being limited to do certain objects can be a struggle. Trying to face those obstacles can make one extremely anxious and just try to embrace them. Find the solution to the problem. Having to embrace the shake Phil Hansen found a solution to make his artwork unique. James Collier was anxious and then learned from it. One can face their obstacles by controlling what’s going on and take a few deep breaths they tend to help.

There are a couple of main points that stood out to me when I was reading the article by Yarhouse about sin and its influence on psychopathology. One of these points was the different terminology used to when discussing pathology. The author talked about various ways people chose to describe pathology and how these terms influence how we perceive pathology. The second point that I found to be important, was the Christian explanation of pathology and how this can influence psychology. In conclusion, Coelho shows that people are more willing to take action on their dreams if they conquer their fears. The two most important fears that should be conquered are the fear of loss of beloved things or people, and the fear of what the future holds. In the end, fear is really just an obstacle in life; it controls people and makes them believe things that are not necessarily true and the only way to get rid of these thoughts is to get rid of the fear itself.

As soon as I wake up in the morning, I hear my brain freaking out about the day ahead of me. What do I eat for breakfast? What do I do first when I get home from school? What happens if I get in a car crash on my way to school? A million thoughts at one time racing through my head. I never have the time to process all of them. Understanding and analyzing fear is a step to become fearless. Question until you understand something don’t go through life insecure. When you feel the sensation of fear you get scared and realize that you aren’t as brave as you thought, but you are capable of not being afraid anymore. Deconstructing fear is a way of gaining confidence. Once you become fearless life becomes limitless. Throughout life people are afraid of certain things not because they aren’t capable of doing it, but it is the fear that is the cause of their unwillingness. Results on fear are often held back by false assumptions of weakness. People live in fear, if you want to achieve success then don’t doubt yourself. Set fearlessness as an ideal as an ideal to dream about being fearless and the better you will be. Just because you try something for the first time and it doesn't come out as you expected doesn’t mean that it won't come out right the next time. Don’t give up and try until you succeed.
