On the day of November 22, 1963 the day started out just like any other campaigning day for president John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Shaking hands and kissing babies was just the daily norm for the president of this great nation, but it all turned south in a quick hurry… John F. Kennedy was considered by many to one of the greatest world leaders this country has ever produced, but unfortunately his life was cut short. JFK was assassinated November 22, 1963, by who some said to be Lee Harvey Oswald, a very connected man, to organizations such as the Mafia, Russian KGB, the Cubans and Castro and even the CIA. But the real question lies between the lines in the fine print. Did Oswald commit murder and assassinate the president of the United States of America? That answer we may never truly know. Many believe that Oswald was the sole murderer of JFK, while others believe completely different theories. I happen to believe in a not so common theory in which the man behind it the assassination was none other than the jealous Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson. LBJ was a dangerous man, he had many connections to mafia members, ex and current CIA members some of which had great feelings of hatred towards our president, even Johnson himself had many reason to dislike Mr. Kennedy but was LBJ really behind the murder our great president John F. Kennedy, that is what I intend to learn much more about. To better understand my theory I will give you just enough background information on some of the other common conspiracy theories, starting with the Warren Commission Report.

In 1963 Holt received an order to make a fake ID documents for Oswald by Phillip Twombly, a California bank owner who distributed funds to the CIA for covert operations. Holt later met Oswald in New Orleans. The “three tramps” all have ties to to the CIA, not to mention E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis were both later found breaking into the Watergate building in 1972, just nine years after the assassination of JFK. That should give you a fairly good idea that these three men where criminals. All of these men directly connect to a man named William Harvey a man who directly connects to Johnson. Harvey was a very connected man, with many personal ties to the Mafia and the many CIA members involved in the JFK assassination conspiracy.

The nine Scottsboro boys accused of rape and their attorneys were scared to death, but the government did not seem to acknowledge their danger. The article also mentions Patterson’s previous trial where “Circuit Judge Horton, presiding, took judicial notice of incipient mob action to lynch defendants and attorneys by ordering soldiers in open court to shoot if necessary to preserve the peace” (Linder).
In conclusion, Oswald being the lone assassin and the CIA’s involvement are two theories surrounding the mystery behind JFK’s assassination. Oswald has reasonable evidence linking him to the assassination. On the other hand, the CIA had enough motivation to be the cause of the murder. These two theories are both reasonable theories and have evidence backing them up. Though JFK was assassinated, he still lives on within the heart of the U.S., and he lives in spirit of U.S. politics. The mystery behind JFK’s assassination will still be a case

In conclusion John Allen Muhammad was executed for the 2002 D.C. sniper shooting. Now the city of Washington D. C. can rest easy knowing they are not in harm’s way. Have the lives of the people who have lost loved ones been drastically changed for the worst, or has their lives become easier with time? Hopefully they will regain strength to carry on and pass this tragedy of the sniper shooting. This tragedy should be a lesson for everyone to deal with things and not let those things control every aspect of people’s lives and how they live it.
In 1976, the US Senate ordered a fresh inquiry into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, who was murdered in 1963 during a motorcade in Dallas, Texas while campaigning for re-election. People who had been involved in the original Warren Commission investigations were asked to make fresh statements. The FBI and the CIA were persuaded to release more of their documents on Oswald. New lines of inquiry were opened and individuals who had not previously given evidence were persuaded to come forward. Most important of all, pieces of evidence such as photos and sound recordings were subjected to scientific analysis using the most up-to-date methods and equipment. The House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) completed their investigation in 1979 and they finally came to a discrete verdict that Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots at Kennedy, one of which killed the president. A fourth shot was fired from the grassy knoll, which was contradictory to the statement printed by the Warren Commission 16 years earlier. They concluded that John Kennedy was assassinated as the result of a conspiracy.

There are also other theories that state that there could have been more than one gun man. Some people even presuppose that the CIA is hiding the real story. Some effects of the assassination were catastrophic to the American people. We will never know if some of the Vietnam results would have commutated. Another effect was more of an emotional one. Many Americans were vulnerable, and they felt as if America would not be able to recover from this vast bereavement. Regardless, there are causes and effects when evaluating the John F. What is a legacy? Is it strictly a visible, touchable object? A legacy is not just an object that people can see; it can be a dream or an idea. Although his life came to a tragic end, John F. Along with the Warren Commission, there are hundreds of conspiracies and theories attempting to explain the assassination of Kennedy. Many people agree with the Warren Commission in that Lee Harvey Oswald acted as the lone gunman, while others maintain that another gunman was involved. Because of extensive evidence, I believe that Oswald did not act alone on November 22, 1963 in the assassination of Kennedy. It was a glorious April 4th evening as Martin Luther King and hundreds of followers were gathering for a civil rights march.
