Three issues Americans face in 2017 are….North Korea, Cell phones, Teen Suicide. North Korea is testing bombs to fire at the U.S. They are causing unhealthy environment issues. Further, cell phones cut off communicate and face to face conversation. Finally, teen suicide is a huge issue; Teens are ending their lives because they don't feel accepted. The article says to avoid the problem and not do as much damage to North Korea. Maybe we should just cut off all ties with them. One might say… that North Korea could be bombing the U.S. because he wants too or because he is throwing a little fit. But actually it's just for attention. A constructivist perspective is more able to explain US policy in this instance because it does not focus on sheer militaristic power. It takes into consideration the state's identities which drives their interests.
