Innovation is an important factor in business that keeps an organization competitive in its industry. In this assignment, I will conduct an interview with Kenneth Ellis, a property manager, broker, real estate salesman, and entrepreneur who has owned his own business for 30 years. I will interview Kenneth to learn more about the techniques utilized in his organization to encourage and support the implementation of innovations and reflect on what I learn.
