Docter uses full shots in mostly for Disgust being seen, he purposely does this to show Disgust’s body image from head to toe and this effects the audience’s self-body image and self-esteem. Young teenagers often worry about what they look like and how they are viewed, magazines and social medias often make their self-esteem low. Docter introduces Disgust with an eye level shot in action, as Riley’s dad feeds Riley with a spoonful of broccoli. Effective Non- diegetic music and sound effects are played throughout the film.
