Do you know Lesane Parish Crooks really known as Tupac Amaru Shakur? Tupac was a rapper embroiled in a feud between east coast and west coast rappers. He was feuding with other big rappers, one of them were Biggie Small. Tupac is one of the greatest rappers because his background and how many albums he sold. Also how he still influenced people after his death.

Lesane Parish Crooks but was renamed Tupac Amaru Shakur. After his mother joined a gang that was when she changed his name. Tupac was named after an 18th century peruvian revolutionary who was killed by spanish then took his surname another panther called Mutulu Shakur. He was born on June 16th, 1971 in Manhattan, New York. Shukur lived in the east section of Manhattan. Both his mother (Afeni Shakur) and his father (Billy Garland) were active members of the Black Panther club. His mother was acquitted of more than 150 charges a month after tupac's birth. Tupac had 5 brothers and 3 sister, 3 of his brothers were his step-brothers and 2 were his step-sister. Eventually he branched off and became a solo artist. Tupac started recording in 1987 but didn’t really take off until the 1990’s when he debuted in Digital Underground “ Same Song”. That song was from the soundtrack to the 1991 film “ Nothing But Trouble”. Also in 1991 Shakur released his first solo album 2Pacalypse Now. The album never made it to top 10 but is now hailed by people today, Tupac's First album to reach number 1 on the billboard 200 chart was “Me Against The World”.
