I think job specialization is one of the most important factors when you are trying to build anything. Building a civilization means doing different activities simultaneously and with experience. The idea of job specialization originates from the concept of division of labor. During the early stages men of a community assigned their members different task for example some men were hunters, cultivators of lands, and cooks. Religion is the least imporant to me when it comes to building a civilzation. I think you need a religion to believe in but it’s not important. You have the priest who is the prophet that speaks for the heavenly Father, to manifest and proclaims God’s love. Someone has to write scriptures and preach the word. Everything’s a cycle keep it going to get the job done. There were different religions and different God’s that were worshiped. The Sumerian religion was polythesim which built pyramids like structure called ziggurats their temple. They believed that the universe was ruled by living beings.
