Although they did not go to school, they did have the experience to open the business, but lacked the knowledge necessary to manage their business. They took the risk because both of them saw a chance to open the business and along the way they have had to work twice as hard to maintain it. Watching them struggle, has taught me that it is important to go to college and get an education so that I won’t have to struggle the same way they have. My career choice is to become a pediatrician and someday be able to open up a clinic of my own. I choose this career knowing the pros and cons.
