Robert C. Byrd, is being portrayed instead of Harry F. Byrd Jr. because he was in the United States Senate in the 1950s and the 1960s. In the past history of America there has been a major debate on what immigration policy should be in the United States. Many of the debates consist of how many immigrants should be allowed on the country. As the senator, from the great state of West Virginia, and being a proud democrat, I will not make the same mistake as last time, voting for a bill, because it was aligned to my party, but I will make sure whatever is passed here toady will benefit the American people. In the past, I had voted for the bill that gave three million illegal immigrants amnesty to stay inside our great country of the United States,
