To start a project there are several things an organization should be looking at, it’s just a simple rule of thumb kind of thing.
According to the Business Research Process, to start with, we must perceive the issue, second step is to create the inquiry, thirdly an examination technique to the inquiry is created, and ultimately we refine the exploration address as needs be. As I would see it, the problem starts with a decreasing enrollment because of maturing parts and this creates the inquiry "how to expand participation?" The exploration system involves discovering a course to building participation and this is found in the facilities made accessible to the parts. By looking over what parts thought about the office's execution, estimations can uncover zones for development.

The distinction between the start-up and growth stages in not easily defined. The distinction lies in the revenues, profits are stronger and are consistent with an increase in customers, as well as, new and exciting opportunities for the employees to pursue. Managers can look forward to many managerial challenges, perspective policy issues and re-evaluating the business plan for revisions. A manager’s focus should be in the running of the business, with a greater emphasis on accounting and human resource management systems. New staff will have to be hired, trained and prepared for the influx of business.
What should we do? That is the first question the manager must answer. What is the mission of the business I am running? What is my strategy for accomplishing that goal? What are my goals for the future?

Laboratory establishment: I was instrumental in establishing a 1000 square-foot laboratory space for automation technologies at the University of Texas Arlington. I worked with the university facilities department, vendors, and sponsors alike to successfully establish the laboratory with equipment worth $250,000 and an annual operating budget of $250,000 in a time span of 8 months. I believe this experience and knowledge is a critical project management and professional development.
