Most of the careers that are for INFPs are artistic and at a slower pace. One of them is a writer which I think that I can easily see myself do because I already write a bunch as it is. So being a writer of some sort doesn’t seem that far off. Another one is psychology because this group are very selfless and enjoy helping others than themselves. I can see me doing this as well because I do have an interest in helping others. This type affects relationships because they are really big dreamers who think of the perfect relationship that no one will be able to fit. Also because they are introverted it is harder for them to be open to people. They do love everyone but only are fully trusting of few people. Some strengths of INFP is they are very creative, dedicated, and open minded. Being creative is a strength because it gives different ways to solve problems as well as expressing themselves. They are also dedicated to whatever they do. When they have challenges to face they always push through them when it gets difficult. Lastly they are open minded and flexible. This is also a strength when working with others. Because of this
Galindo illustrated her INFP type by giving an example of her life experience. Ms. Galindo remembered how she brought unity between her mother and father. Ms. Galindo’s par-ents used to get into fights with each other which made Ms. Galindo be a referee for the family. She mentioned the importance for her to maintain happiness in the environment because it was traumatic to see them get physically violent. Ms. Galindo knew every technique to make her par-ents reconcile because she wanted to avoid problems. She was glad to know that her techniques worked or else she could lose control and could end up using negative coping

I am an INFJ. I have introverted intuition with extraverted feeling. I have a quiet exterior yet am a protector of those around me. I am deeply concerned with my relationships on an individual level. I greatly value knowing people on a one to one basis. I carry this passion into my close relationships. One relationship of significance is with my boyfriend, Adam. I, as an INFJ, prefer to have everything orderly and systematic whereas he is more relaxed and easygoing. I know that I irritate him when I constantly define and re-define the priorities in my life. I, similarly to many other INFJs, have an uncanny insight into people and situations. I receive "feelings" about things and intuitively understand them. At times, this can be a little frightening for others. Adam tends to be much more vocal about his feelings and thoughts whereas I am protective of my inner self and share only what I deem appropriate. He does not like that I hold back part of myself and can be secretive. In part, I understand that in a relationship there needs to be open communication and willingness to share. We...
One of my greatest skills is being able to be compassionate towards others. By placing myself into someone else’s shoes, I find myself being able to better understand where other people are coming from. I am an extremely caring person that will go to great lengths for anyone. I can easily overlook the differences in other people, and this is what helps me get along with almost anyone that I come across. In order to lead people in a positive direction you need to be able to relate to them on a more personal level. It is much easier when people feel comfortable around their leader. I always like to lend a helping hand or even a shoulder to cry on when it is needed. My strengths include integrity, optimism, faith, innovation, and adaptability. These strengths are important to have in leadership positions. Leaders should have a firm hold on their beliefs and morals in order to have a positive impact on people. Keeping my commitments is crucial to me, because I am a woman of my word. I think this is a good trait in leadership, because people need to be able to count on the person that they look up to. Optimism is also something I value. I belie...

I would describe some of strengths as being able to define clear objectives when working in group settings whether it is in the working world or in academic settings and communicating clearly to the rest of the people in my group when I am in the lead or not. I communicate clearly to other people what I want to achieve out of working in a group, but also what I want them to achieve themselves. As a leader it is imperative that I allow other people in the group to learn and grow along with the rest of the group. I enjoy defining clear objectives when I am a leader and not a leader because it provides the rest of my peers an efficient way of working together. If the objectives are not clear and concise then the productivity of the group will
ENFP also known as the campaigner is my personality type (16 personalities). I never realized what my personality type was until after finally doing this paper. It was a very eye opening assignment and made me realize and understand my personality type so much more. It’s exciting to know how I work. It amazes me at how I represent the ENFP exactly how it’s described, it’s crazy. I feel like I can better myself now, knowing that that’s just normal or my personality type. Before I would question myself on why I could never focus on just one task at a time, I would always want to explore more before I was finished. Now that I know that’s normal, I can work on improving myself. The campaigner represents a true free spirit.
The first characteristic, a positive attitude, is important because having the ability and enjoyment of working with other people in a team is a useful skill. A sincere liking and respect for other people is a wonderful asset. Being well liked will certainly help in working in teams or any other social situation. Humor and warmth are effective in order to be a good team member. A follower who focuses on positive thoughts by filtering out negative ones is on the trail of leadership. President Dwight D. Eisenhower often said, “No pessimist ever won a battle.” People who have a positive outlook on both life and specific situations tend to achieve their goals more often. The choice and determination to maintain an event-tempered disposition come what may; hence the ability to smile in the face of adversity and make things a little brighter for everyone.
The intrapersonal intelligence deals with your own feelings, values, and ideas. I definitely understand why this is my number one intelligence. I am extremely
Sets High Expectations: My high school AP English teacher is a good example for this characteristic. She would not tell us that our work was great if it was not. She always told us what we needed to work on and made sure that we did the best we could. She made sure that we knew what was expected of us and stayed on us until it was done. It really helped us push ourselves and set high expectations for ourselves.
