A powerful speech is one that is very moving and intricate, utilizing various techniques to create a stronger impact on what the speaker is saying. In Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s “I Have A Dream” speech, he eloquently and masterfully uses rhetorical strategies in order to motivate and garner more support from African Americans and even whites. His ability to keep the whole audience attentive and engaged is amazing.
