man sollte viel Gemüse, Obst und Nüsse essen. Zu viel Zucker oder Fett
ist schlecht für die Gesundheit. Um Gesund zu bleiben, sollte man viel

Nach Meiner Meinung bin ich nicht so Gesund weil ich ungesund esse,
aber ich viel Sport treiben. Normalweise, zum Frühstück esse ich
Speckbrot mit Magarine aber manchmal esse ich eine große Schüssel
Honey Nut Cheerios mit Milch. Ich trinke täglich auch ein Glas
Orangensaft, das ist sehr Gesund weil es Vitamine C enthalten.
Manchmal, zum Mitagessen esse ich Schinkenbrot mit Magarine, Chips und
einen Schokoriegel. Ich glaube das ist nicht so Gesund weil es viel
Fett und wenig Vitamine enthalten. Dann, zum Abendessen esse ich
Pommes, Hähnchen und gebakene Bohnen. Es ist offensichtlich, daß ich
Gesund genug nicht esse.
Ich spiele gern Sport. Zum Beispiel, speile ich Fußball dreimal in der
woche. Ich werde täglich eine Stunde joggen, um meine Kondition noch
weiter zu verbessern. Ich spiele auch Hockey für Woking Hockey Klub
und letzten Sonntag habe ich in einem Turnier nach southampton mit 16
andere Mannschaften gespielt. Woking hat dritten gekommen. Ich mache
auch Sport an der Schule in P.E Klassen. Es gibt viele Dinge daß
