On May 18, 2018 at approximately 0349 hours, I observed a white Hyundai Sonata bearing Florida tag IVJZ05 exiting the Walmart parking lot located at 8701 US HWY 19 Port Richey, FL. I conducted an NCIC / FCIC check of the attached tag which revealed it to be assigned to a trailer. The Hyundai turned west onto Richey DR and I maneuvered my unmarked patrol vehicle (116) behind it. I initiated my emergency equipment and conducted a lawful traffic stop on the vehicle.
I made contact with the driver, who was identified by his Florida Driver’s license as Robert Roy Smith. At first Robert advised he had just purchased the vehicle and stated he did not know why the attached tag was assigned to a trailer. I advised him he was lying and he stated

He agreed to speak with me and apologized for lying about the tag. He claimed he did not know his license was suspended and denied getting notified. He advised if he knew his license was suspended he would not have been driving. He then stated he was going to contest the previous ticket in court and did not think his driver’s license was going to be suspended until his court hearing.
Robert was placed under arrest for DWLSR and a tow truck was requested off of rotation. Pasco Towing responded to the scene. An inventory was conducted of the vehicle, which revealed the notice of suspension in Robert’s vehicle. Robert was shown the notice and admitted he had received it. Robert was provided with a notice of impound and released on scene with criminal UTC A9JSNZE reference DWLSR with knowledge. He promised to appear in court and left the area without incident. The Hyundai was transported to PRPD by Pasco Towing and
The police responded to a tip that a home was being used to sell drugs. When they arrived at the home, Gant answered the door and stated that he expected the owner to return home later. The officers left and did a record check of Gant and found that his driver’s license had been suspended and there was a warrant for his arrest. The officers returned to the house later that evening and Gant wasn’t there. Gant returned shortly and was recognized by officers. He parked at the end of the driveway and exited his vehicle and was placed under arrest 10 feet from his car and was placed in the back of the squad car immediately. After Gant was secured, two officers searched his car and found a gun and a bag of cocaine.
On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. I responded to the above location to assist. They advised responding units that the suspect was involved in a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway Fair Oaks Avenue off-ramp.
I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.

Due to clerical errors at the dealer, Scott's car was sold with his license plates still attached to the vehicle. The new owner of the vehicle ran a stoplight and when the license plate was read, Mr. Robinson's information was pulled up. When he finally received his ticket, it was too late for him to protest the charges even when providing proof of sale for the vehicle.(Geor...
