It left people homeless, towns in ruins, little food, and a really big mess to clean up. But was it really an engineered superstorm? Hurricane Sandy took place on October 22, 2012 only to end 11 days later on November 2, 2012. It affected millions of people along the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Northeast coasts.
