Humorous Wedding Speech By A Student

Good afternoon everyone, thank you so much to all of you guys to come here to celebrate the happy of the graduation class. It my pleasure to be here to deliver this speech. Not only the campus is beautiful but the atmosphere around the campus is second to none. All the student, Professor, Faculty and staff are the nicest people I have ever meet.
Last year, a valedictorian at your sister colleges gave a real inspiring speech about tolerance. I think the valedictorian name was Fulghum, who wrote this story about a religious guy who tried to get kids to be Giants, Wizzards, and Dwarfs. But this one little girl was pitching a fit because she wanted to be a Mermaid. I think he was trying to say that you should be yourself, even if you want to be a mermaid and a religious guy is telling you that you can’t be a mermaid.
Now I know you guys are really proud of your class colors, but remember that once you leave this school, it will be kind of silly to keep bragging about those colors. The world is like a big box of Crayolas and you need to pick which one is your favorite. After you graduate from college, who care about your college life? Hopefully you learn the material in school to apply in the outside world. Having a college degree won’t be limited

your job search. You can achieve a lot of thing once you obtain a college degree.
After you graduate, you should really thing about three things that I think are really important.

The first thing is that there are a lot of fun thing out there and you should try as much as you can. For instance, I like to help people learn to read, so that they can be smarter and get better jobs. That would help our country be a better place. I also realized that everything you do should be fun. When I got married, which was a really big deal to me, I did it for a lot of good reasons. One of the really big reasons why I get married was because my husband made me laugh. Now, we are not happy all the time, but we try to make thing work. So you should try to find something to laugh about, because life is short. Enjoy

life.
Another thing that you should do is appreciate your friends and other people around you. People keep telling you how important it’s to get a job and get your life in order, but you probably already know that’s important. Even if you have a high paying level job like accounting or doctor, but still keep in mind that people around you are still really important. People like your family are a big part of your life. Life is short, so spend the valuables time with your family and friend.
All of our life is changing at a crazy rate. Like, I had this friend and her husband was mad because he had to babysit his own kids. So she told him, “ya know it’s not babysitting if it’s your own kids”. So maybe we should get used to things being different. Even if we do get used to things being different, you should still put your children first, if you have them. How we treat our families is really important to how good our country does.
