Picture this, your young, beautiful, daughter is walking down the street with her best friend, just walking to the local ice cream shops like she would do another day. But today she was kidnapped by people in a big, white van that drove away quickly with dust trailing behind leaving you to worry about where she is. Now, she is in a different country being used for sexual reasons or for cheap labor. In the past few years, many African children have faced hardships with human trafficking. According to culturegrams, Nigeria is the most inhabited country in the continent. E (Establish Evidence): Since the population is so large, there are several opportunities to traffick somebody. There are those that are human trafficking so that they can use their victims as slaves to read and write for them. This could not be first thought of why it's happening, however it is a very serious reason. Muhtar Bakare reports that nearly sixty five million people of the population in Nigeria is illiterate. This is a very sizable amount considering the population is merely one hundred forty million. (Zhulkovski) What is being stated is that nearly half the population cannot read or write. These illiterate folks simply want people to do busy work they cannot do as a result of not being able to read or write. Again, their victims are the right candidates for this and that they presumably get paid very little to no money at
