Heart disease is becoming a real problem because people buying junk food in result of getting diseases due to eating bad foods when they should be eating foods with lots nutrition, minerals, proteins, and vitamins.
Heart disease is a terrible disease because lots of people have it. “You can prevent heart disease by eating less starch”(The Real Cause of Heart Disease). Due to eating good, healthy foods you can easily prevent heart disease. “You can prevent heart disease by eating less sugars”(The Real Cause of Heart Disease). The foods we eat everyday is the main cause of heart disease and that is why people are affected by it. People do not have healthy eating habits and they do not exercise regularly leading to the disease. The better your healthy habits the better you will be with less disease.

Fruits and vegetables should be in your daily menu for the day because they are good for you and taste good. There are lots of fast food advertisements convincing people to eat their unhealthy foods. People need to stop listening to the fast food commercials and actually eat real, unprocessed foods. Since people eat too much unhealthy foods, it is leading to heart disease. National and local sites are similar because they both talk about unhealthy foods. The big issue is Americans eating unhealthy every day, but proposing a plan to help stop it from happening.

There are many choices that we can make that can either benefit us or be hazardous to our health. There are many factors out there that can cause harm to the body. I have chosen three to discuss. What I am going to be talking about throughout my paper will be cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. I will be discussing what foods that would benefit and lessen your chance in getting these diseases. Also we will talk about the foods and other unhealthy choices that can increase your risk of getting these diseases. Eating healthy is what we need to teach our children and enforce it in your home. If we teach our children to start eating healthy at an early age then it could save them from having to struggle with getting these risk factors such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. We as parents need to instill good healthy eating habits for our children and make sure that our children are getting exercise of some sort on a daily basis. Adding exercise to your life will also lower your chances of becoming obese and having to worry about getting these risk factors.
