Responsibility is a lot of different things and has many different parts. One part of responsibility is social responsibility. Social responsibility is being responsible for people, for the actions of people, and for actions that affect people. This movement which was inspired by the ideologies of courageous women and fueled by their enthusiasm and sacrifice is often unacknowledged by most historians in the chronicles of American History. Today the movement is often misunderstood as a passive, white upper class, naive cause. But a deeper study would reveal that the women’s suffrage movement was the one that brought together the best and brightest women in America, which not only changed the lives of half the citizens of United States but also changed the social attitudes of millions of Americans.
In the early 20th century, many Americans perceived woman as unskilled and deficient, due to this woman have never gotten the chance to prove how they can positively affect society. Document A, Supports Woman states; “They still love their homes and their children just the same as ever, and are better able to protect themselves and their children because of the ballot”. Law, ?a governmental social control? (Black 2), is a quantitative variable that changes in time and space and can be defined by style: penal, compensatory, therapeutic or conciliatory (Black 5). The brief description of law and its interrelation with social control and deviant behavior can be encapsulated in the following scheme. This concept of law put into the context of social life gives a framework of the behavior of law.
In every society around the world, the law is affecting everyone since it shapes the behavior and sense of right and wrong for every citizen in society. Laws are meant to control a society’s behavior by outlining the accepted forms of conduct. The law is designed as a neutral aspect existent to solve society’s problems, a system specially designed to provide people with peace and order. The legal system runs more efficiently when people understand the laws they are intended to follow along with their legal rights and responsibilities.
Opening Statement: For many centuries, women have been the backbone and caretaker the families of the United States. The maxim “behind every great man, there is a great woman” illustrates the critical role women have within society. Anti-suffragists believe women should focus on their maternal role and exercise their influence and reform through other means – through the example of her behaviour and service of men. However, it is clear that women deserve the right to vote because it is their constitutional right based on the fifteenth amendment, would increase social reform and awareness throughout the country, and is morally just in order to create a true “democratic society”.

...ions run on the base of widespread and equal suffrage is fundamental. A further Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women was approved by the United Nations in 1979, and well-established the right of women to take part on an equal base in all phases of democratic government. This international consensus has been tested on many occasions, and there are still a number of states where women are not granted the right to vote, or at least not granted it on an equal basis with men. The establishment and the preservation of women's suffrage thus remains an active focus of political activism across the globe.

Beginning in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century women began to vocalize their opinions and desires for the right to vote. The Women’s Suffrage movement paved the way to the nineteenth Amendment in the United States Constitution that allowed women that right. The Women’s Suffrage movement started a movement for equal rights for women that has continued to propel equal opportunities for women throughout the country. The Women’s Liberation Movement has sparked better opportunities, demanded respect and pioneered the path for women entering in the workforce that was started by the right to vote and given momentum in the late 1950s.
There are two types of laws. There are conventional laws and natural laws. Conventional laws are those laws arrived at through consensus between those governed and the government. Natural laws are those laws that are universal and are derived from the natural order of the world. In my opinion, natural law cannot work in our society, as they are not suitable for our environment and how we live together as a society. Natural laws can’t work without causing trouble and chaos between everyone, so why should we place them in our society? On the other hand, conventional laws are governed and are made to be just for the society. That is why we need conventional laws in our society, not natural laws. Also, since conventional laws are governed, they are made sure to be enforced, and breaking them will only ruin that one person for what they have done, not the society as a whole.

The companies that make their product or service with the rooted mindset of benefiting the community and the world around them do this by providing things like scholarship funds, all natural products, biodegradable storage, and or just by treating the consumer as well as the employees as individuals rather than a corporate dollar sign. For many, many years, women fought for their rights. But above it all, there is one goal that women have been working to achieve. The most important right women fought for is the right to vote.
