Since I was growing up music has being impacting my life. The music has helped me develop my identity throughout my life because for some reason every time something happens in my life, there is some song that fits perfectly in my situation and I do not stop listening to that song until I feel better or the situation is over. The music is related depending on the situation that I am going through in my life, whether it is good or bad because if the situation is good I will probably feel even better listen a song that fits my situation, but if do not feeling good the song I probably choose is one also fits my situation making me felt more sad. I love it listen to music depending how I feel because it makes me feel understood by someone else
Music has played an important part in my life. My love for music comes from my dad. Growing up I remember him having a room full of CDs and instruments that he played daily. The songs varied in genres and the instruments ranged from pianos, violins to drums. I grew up loving almost every style of music so, it is very difficult for me to dislike a song unless, it is vulgar or “dark”.
Music is a large consumption of my daily life and the artists I listen to have shaped me in some way. Listening to music is one of my most time
Since the earliest days of human civilization music has been a key tool for communication of stories which carried emotions through them. If we think back to our youngest years of life music has surrounded us whether it was from our parents singing us lullabies or from some sort of toy that played music we can say that musical melodies have helped shape or lives one way or another. Once we start growing up and figuring out who we are our musical preferences change; some people like classical and some like punk. We start to befriend people who like the same music as us and eventually we may attend a musical event. Our lives somewhat revolve around the music that we listen to.
Music is one of the most fantastical forms of entertainment. Its history stretches all the way from the primitive polyrhythmic drums in Africa to our modern day pop music we listen to on our phones. It has the ability to amaze us, to capture our attention and leave us in awe. It soothes the hearts of billions, and it is so deeply rooted in my life that it has touched my heart as well. Everyday I walk to the beat of the song stuck in my head and hum along to the melody. For me, to listen to music be lifted into the air by the hands of your imagination and float around for a while. You forget about your worries, your troubles and find peace within the sound. Every chapter in my life is attached with a song. Every time I listen to a certain song, thoughts of my past come flooding back
Art has influenced my life dramatically as it made me grow into the young man I am today. Art has been shown in music and movies because it goes through the creative process just like all other art. In this essay, I will explain how both music and movies influenced my life.
Throughout my life, music has always been a major influence. It has the power to change my mood when I'm feeling down, but the thing I find most intriguing about music is that it doesn't always end up improving your mood: like all forms of art, it imitates life, which is not always portrayed in a positive light. The musicians that I admire most have the versatility to induce several different emotional responses in the same piece. This quality is present in most of the wide variety of music I listen to, from Russian composer Dmiti Shostakovich, to Chicago jazz band Tortoise, to California pop/rock sextet Mr. Bungle.
Music is the third most important thing to me in life outside of god and my mom. Music keeps me balanced. Every since I was a baby music was played around me. Jazz was always played around me to soothe me. There would be times when I would be really hyper acting like I couldn't sleep, my mom would put on some jazz and I would be fine. A lot of times I can have a long chore and I say to my self how can I accomplish this, Knowing it will take me forever. So I'll put on some jazz music and in twenty-five minutes I'm finished.
Having music in your life is very important. Music is one of the most powerful things in the world today. Many people make a lot of money making music because of its popularity. It may not be the same genre of music, but everybody likes it. Personally music helps me from day to day. When I am stressed I listen to it to calm me down. When I am sad I listen to it to make me happy. When my spirit is down I listen to gospel to bring it back up. Without music I do not know what I would do. I believe that there is music for every person and problem they may have. It helps me, and I know it will help
As I have matured into the girl that I am today, I have grown in and out of many interests. When I was around the age of eleven I was obsessed with sports. I was outside every day during the summer playing anything from basketball, to hockey. I was captivated by the competitiveness, and I loved to win. Around the age of thirteen I became interested with makeup and other really boring, girly stuff. However, the one interest that has shaped me into the person I am today is my love and appreciation for music.
You would be surprised how much your abilities can impact your life. August 24th, 2008 was my first day of middle school at Ruben Dario Middle School. I was extremely nervous and excited to begin a new chapter of my life. I was especially excited for dance class. Throughout elementary school, I was always involved in clubs, but my two favorite clubs were dance and drama. I was never particularly “good” at dancing or acting, but I always thought it would make me a “cool” kid.
The impact that music can have on people is inevitable. This proves true in my life as well. For as long as I can remember, I was always banging on things and dancing around to the music that I was making. I can also remember how happy and alive that music made me feel. As a little kid, music had a great impact on my life, and it still impacts me greatly in my life today.
When we were little our mother would wake us up with songs. During the day she sang songs while she worked on projects. Sometimes the songs had no meaningful lyrics or were just made up but I think this was the beginning of our love of music. Music rocks because it doesn’t have to be about anything, but sometimes it’s about everything. When my brother comes home after a bad day, he’ll just sit down at his piano and play.
Music is a good form of expression because it has benefited me throughout the years. Music made me more creative. Music helped me through a depression. Music helps explore different emotions. Some people even focus better when they listen to music.
Music is a language that has allowed people to connect in an emotional way. There are several positive effects from listening to music when it comes to the human mind and body. Listening to different types of music allows the mind to react in different ways, and there is no wrong way to enjoy songs of any genre. It is important to understand that there are certain types of music that helps more than others, but there are no negative outcomes from listening to any type of music. Music is important to the human brain and people should become more aware of what happens to the mind when it comes into contact with music.
Throughout my life, I was accustomed to excelling at everything I did. I always had good grades, did well in sports, and was a top musician. Music is the most important thing in my life, and I was always naturally talented. When I experienced failure in my sophomore year District solo audition, it destroyed my confidence. However, it was a huge wake-up call and allowed me to grow and improve greatly.
