Media Bias..a Teens True Nightmare Media has a massive impact on teens emotions and opinions, but how does it really affect them? News stations and news articles can manipulate the minds of young adults making them think and or do something while thinking under the influence of the media’s bias. When we think of the media we think of CNN or FOX News, now you may not know this but these two news stations and all other news stations are bias. It can be saying that steak is the best food in the world or that the democratic party is the best party, but in one way or another they are bias. Teens emotions and mental state could get affected by what the media is showing as well. Social media also plays a huge role in the lives of teens but by playing a huge role can also play a dark role. The lives of young adults change based on what occurs around them, in one case a teen named Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by a citizen named George Zimmerman which triggered the media to make Trayvon seem like a bad guy, saying how he was bad in school and all of these things that he had done in the past but nothing that deserved for him to be shot and killed. The death of Trayvon Martin allowed many teens to to speak out about how they think the news portrayed Trayvon in the incident and with the incident teens also had a change to share their personal opinions on the
