Albert Einstein, one of the most luminary thinkers in history who intended to advance mankind’s technology, made many influential contributions to the fields of science and philosophy to revolutionize man’s understanding of the world. All great things once had humble beginnings. Einstein was born in a middle class family with one sibling. Early in his life, his family influenced him through his presents. His family would gift items such as his telescopes and compasses. His uncle would also, on occasional, teach him in algebra. The one man, however, who inspired him the most was Albert A. Michelson, a former navy student who refined the definition of the speed of light (Bowman 1). Later, he will be known the person whose work …show more content…
Lasers opened up a branch of health care, allowing for new ways to treat an illness or any other types of medical procedures. Using laser innovation, optometrists can adjust the focus of the cornea allowing for better, clearer vision. Commonly known as laser eye surgery, this procedure, or rather various types of procedures, utilizes a special laser called the “excimer” to correct any refractive errors in the eye (Laser Eye Surgery). Laser innovation also opened up an option to those who want to remove their unwanted tattoos. Before the introduction of laser removal, tattoos were a permanent form of body altercation. With the laser, doctors can create a safe light beam which breaks up the paint into tiny fragments thus allowing the immune system to remove it harmlessly (Tattoo Removal 5). Lasers also altered the life of the average citizen by opening up a way to communicate information. For example, bar codes became a way to easily manage the inventory and price of an item. Although it is more expensive than regular barcode scanners, the laser scanner exploits the laser’s abilities in efficient ways (Bar Code Scanner). It uses the laser’s enhanced light capability to reach far distances (Bar Code Scanner). With this ability, it can also scan uneven surfaces making it more efficient than the regular scanner (Bar Code Scanner). In addition, devices such as the CD or DVD player came into life because scientists found a way to encrypt information on reflective disks. Furthermore, lasers modified the industrial life. They were able to be used to easily cut through tough material, such as steel and diamonds. Both processes use inputted data to calculate the most efficient way to cut the material (Laser Cutting). Welding also became another possibility because of the heat the laser produces melts the two pieces

In 1905, Einstein’s Theory of Special Relativity was proposed. The reason that it is so "special" is because it was part of the more complex and extensive Theory of General Relativity, which was published in 1915. His theory reshaped the world of physics when it contradicted all previous laws of motion erected by Galileo and Newton. By mathematically manipulating these previous laws of motion, physicists in the nineteenth century were able to explain such phenomena as the flow of the ocean, the orbits of planets around the sun, the fall of rocks, and the random behavior of molecules in gases. At first, Einstein faced great opposition when he came up with his radical new theory because the previous laws of motion proposed by Galileo and expanded upon by Newton had remained valid for over two hundred years. However, it wouldn’t be long before the "cement" in the foundation of Newtonian and Galilean physics would begin to crumble.
From this he concluded that light always travels at the speed of light. It never slows down. Einstein asked the question: "What happens if we chase after a beam of light, at light speed?" From reasoning based on Newton's laws of motion, one can assume that the light would appear stationary. But according to Maxwell's theory, light cannot be stationary. Einstein solved this problem through his special theory of relativity.
The Theory of Relativity, proposed by the Jewish physicist Albert Einstein (1879-1955) in the early part of the 20th century, is one of the most significant scientific advances of our time. Although the concept of relativity was not introduced by Einstein, his major contribution was the recognition that the speed of light in a vacuum is constant and an absolute physical boundary for motion. This does not have a major impact on a person's day-to-day life since we travel at speeds much slower than light speed. For objects travelling near light speed, however, the theory of relativity states that objects will move slower and shorten in length from the point of view of an observer on Earth. Einstein also
The laser procedure is much faster than the surgical operations. Moreover, regular visits are also not required to derive benefit of the treatment.

Carbon dioxide laser, a recent development, emits extremely high energy. It vaporizes the scarred skin tissue layer leaving fresh skin behind. The benefit of this process is that very less medical complications are associated with this.

Laser is an acronym used for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. Laser treatment is a procedure used to cure skin problems with a strong beam of light. Experienced cosmetologists and dermatologists use this new technology to cure many ailments.

Albert Einstein was a German physicist who developed the law of physics, and many other theories. Einstein changed how we think about time and space. He is considered one of the greatest influences of the 20th century.
Increasing our knowledge of Physics, using the scientific method to make observations and test hypotheses is essential to unlocking the secrets of the universe. Energy is one of the most fundamental elements of the universe. Throughout history, man has endeavored to expose, understand, and explain how and why things work. This drive to expand our understanding eventually led to the development of the scientific method and what is commonly considered to be the king of the sciences, Physics. The effects of energy on the physical world are of great interest to Physicists. The scientific method was developed during the seventeenth century. It is based on collaborative efforts of the great scientists and mathematicians who lived during that period such as Francis Bacon, Galileo Galilee, Johannes Kepler, and Rene’ Descartes. These men realized that true knowledge must be based on empirical observation and verified by experimentation. Recently, physicists have been searching for a unifying theory to bring all of the fields of Physics together under a single umbrella theory expressed as a short equation. This so called unifying field theory will usher in a new era in physics and greatly increase our understanding of the workings of the universe Physics is the king of science, and Sir Issac Newton is the king of Physics. Physics deals with matter, motion, force, and energy.
We have all at some point in our lives used or seen someone use a laser.
