To What Extent Did Hitler’s Ideologies Aid Him
On April 20th 1889, a young Austrian boy named Adolf Hitler was born. In september 1919, Hitler joined the German Workers’ Party, which would later become to be known as the Nazi Party. In 1921, Hitler was appointed to be the leader of the Nazi Party. These events would all lead to Hitler becoming the chancellor of Germany. But what factors played a role in his rise to power and to what extent did his ideologies play a role in that?
Hitler believed that communism was the main enemy for Germany. In one of his speeches, hitler said that “Communists are seeking to destroy our country”. By doing so, he was trying to show how he believes that communism should be eliminated from the country and this will help lead the country in the correct path to gain its former glory. Hitler believed in National Socialism, also known as Nazism. Nazism supported the master race which is also known as the Aryan master race. Moreover, the German Nazis supported theories of racial hierarchies and social darwinism. They strived to eliminate capitalism and communism for being associated with Jewish materialism.
There are many social ideologies or beliefs that Hitler had. One of the most famous belief would be his deep hate towards the Jews. Hitler has always disliked the Jews and he felt as if they should be blamed for everything that went wrong in Germany. He even believed that the Jews were to be blamed for all the poverty in Germany and that all the evil came from the Jews. He demonstrated that hate by killing and burning around 6 million Jews during the War. Hitler was one of the people who believed in the ‘master race’. The master race was any German who had blond...

... a strong leader who would offer them what they wanted. Hitler took advantage of that, and started to spread his ideologies through his speeches.
Hitler’s Ideologies played an important role yet a small one in bringing him to power. Of course without them, Hitler wouldn’t have been able to rise to power but what gave him the opportunity to spread his ideologies was the economic depression. Think of it as follows: There is a person with great skills and with those great skills he could help the people of his country and with them he could become powerful. The problem is that there is a locked door between him and the people. In this case, the key to opening the door would be the economic depression and the person’s skills would be Hitler’s ideologies. Hitler’s ideologies were important because they influenced the people of Germany to accept him as their leader.
Beginning in 1933, Hitler and his Nazi party targeted not only those of the Jewish religion but many other sets. Hitler was motivated by religion and nationalism to eradicate any threats to his state. It was Hitler’s ideology that his Aryan race was superior to any other. Hitler’s goal was to create a “master race” by eliminating the chance for “inferiors” to reproduce. Besides the Jews the other victims of the genocide include the Roma (Gypsies), African-Germans, the mentally disabled, handicapped, Poles, Slavs, Anti-Nazi political parties, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Homosexuals. In Hitler’s eyes all of these groups needed to be eliminated in order for his master race to be a success.
Hitler believes that human race can be divided into three categories- founders, maintainers and destroyers of culture. He firmly believes that the Aryan race compose the first category.
Did you know that even though Hitler had brown hair and blue eyes, his idea of a superior race was those with blond hair and blue eyes? He wanted this group of people to be superior to all other races because they represented a clean view of Germany. Hitler used his power to achieve this goal by enforcing many rules and creating many different projects. He wanted the people of Germany to believe that they were superior to all other races and they must do everything to maintain the standards of living in Nazi Germany. Adolf Hitler and his Nazis created the perfect race by influencing the education of children and creating bride schools, the Hitler Youth Program, and Lebensborn birthing homes.
Hitler was superb at convincing people to believe everything he said. He promised the people a roast in every pot, security, and many more things. By promising the people security that meant that he would keep them all safe and that he can do a better job than anyone else. Adolf Hitler increased in support from bankers and industrialists. So, pretty much he had most of the people who had higher power on his side durning this time period. The the united States stock market crasedd in October 1929 unemployment in Germany quickly rose to over six million. This opened another window for Hitler to get more peoplewho thought that they had nothing and their life was over to side with him. President Hindenburg did not want for Hitler to become the chancellor so instead he appointed Von Pappen but, Adolf Hitler did not agree nor did the Nazi's. hitler eventually did become the chancellor on January 30th, 1933 Hitler then banned all political parties. In 1934 the president died and Adolf Hitler forced his way into power. Now that he was the president he can change anyhting that he wants.
which resulted in the death of many innocent people and numerous Jews. Hitler became leader of the Nazi party and chancellor of Germany. For example,’ ‘Hitler was never elected, he came second, until President Hindenburg was forced to appoint Hitler as chancellor in 1933.’’ (www.history.com/topics/world-war-ii/adolf-hitler). This supports one way of how he rose to power and did everything he did.
In Hitler's early years, Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. His birthplace was in an inn in Braunau, Austria near the German border(“Zapotary, jr. 264). The reason for this paper was to understand more about why he was doing what he was doing and how it affected the people in Germany and everywhere else. Why he became the person he was, and why he did that.
On 30 January 1933, the German president, Paul von Hindenburg, selected Adolf Hitler to be the head of the government. This was very unexpected. Hitler was the leader of an extreme right-wing political party, the National Socialist German Workers (Nazi) Party. Hitler sought to expand Germany with new territories and boundaries. Hitler also focused on rebuilding Germany’s military strength. In many speeches Hitler made, he spoke often about the value of “racial purity” and the dominance of the Aryan master race. The Nazi’s spread their racist beliefs in schools through textbooks, radios, new...
Hitler’s negative views on other races and religions started in his late teens. He was influenced by political tension and realized only the strongest of leaders could save society from confusion and disaster. In the first Great War, Hitler was on the front lines. During one of the battles he was a part of a gas attack that blinded him, hospitalizing him for weeks. When he was well, he was notified that Germany had lost the war. Because of this, he was emotionally destroyed and decided to go into politics. He strongly believed that Germany lost the war because of the Jews and communism. Adolf’s hatred for Jews and communists was so strong that he related to them as one word “jewishcommunism.” To him there wasn’t a difference they...
Anti-Semitism was influencing the minds of ordinary German civilians. Adolf Hitler had previously been in prison before he became ruler of Germany in his second attempt. During the time he was in prison, he wrote a book called 'Mien Kamph'. His book was incredibly racist. Anti-Semitic, Hitler expressed his hatred for the Jews and influenced his readers into hating these 'impure' people.
On the night of January 30, 1933, an event occurred that spearheaded the Holocaust, Adolf Hitler was appointed as Chancellor of Germany. Born in Austria in 1889, Hitler served in World War I under the German army. Like many prevalent anti- Semites in Germany, Adolf Hitler blamed the Jews for Germany’s trounce in World War I in 1918. During Hitler’s imprisonment in 1923, he wrote a memoir, “Mein Kampf” (My Struggle), which foresaw a European war which would result in “the extermination of the Jewish race in Germany.” Following Hitler’s release from prison, he resurrected the Nazi Party. He soon become the sole leader of the Nazi Party, thus all decision making was in his hands. The Nazi party began to multiply from 27,000 members (1925) to 108,000 (1929). Adolf Hitler was fascinated with the concept of the superiority of the “pure” German race. He viewed Jews as an inferior race, and as a threat to the German racial purity. Following the death of President Paul von Hindenburg, Adolf Hitler appointed himself “Fuhrer,” making him the supreme ruler of Germany.
Furthermore, National Socialism was anticommunist. Hitler mixed the communism of the Bolshevik and anti-Semitism together when he was talking about anticommunism. Actually, Hitler was not particularly against communism, but against the people living in the East and their revolution, because he thought it might hurt his own takeover. This anticommunist attitude was the approach for Hitler’s Lebensraumtheorie (habitat theory), which was the idea of claiming living space in the East since the space for the Aryan race was too small. Within this theory, it is also said that there is need of war to get this living space.
Hitler’s plans for Germany were both meaningless and cruel. His first goal was to establish what he thought was the ‘supreme’ race, Aryan. Aryan people are tall and skinny, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and light skin (FYI: Hitler had none of these characteristics, and rumor has it that his grandmother was Jewish.). Every other person was not considered human to him, especially Jewish people. Hitler hated Jewish people the most because he thought that because of their beliefs and living style they lost World War I. Also according to Hitler, Jews were maggots, parasites, vampire spiders sucking blood, and vermin. Hitler thought it was not enough to only eliminate the ‘enemies’ of the Aryan race, but they also needed space to live. This is when his second goal came into play. He started relocating them, starving them, shutting down their shops and many more things. The worst part was that he lied to them when he said they were relocating them, he was really taking them to concentration camps.
Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1989, in Braunau-am Inn, located near the Austrian-German border. Hitler dropped out of school at age 16 with the hopes of becoming an artist in Vienna. However, his goal of becoming an artist failed and he spent time in Vienna listening to Karl Laagers ideas, especially his belief in anti-semitism. enlisted in the German Army at the Start of World War One. During this time, Hitler served in the Bavarian Regiment, achieved the rank of Corporal, was primarily a message runner, and narrowly escaped death on several occasions. When Germany surrendered, Hitler was outraged and wanted to keep fighting. In 1919, Hitler joined the Nationalist Socialist German Workers Party (later to become the Nazi Party) and was in Charge by 1921. In 1923, they attempted to overthrow the German government and Hitler served a 9 month jail term. By 1933, Hitler had the support of the German people and was named Chancellor by President Hindenburg and Nazis had the most power in Parliament.
He believed that the Germans were the 'master race'. Going around saying this will make people feel inferior and think the Germans have no authority over them, this caused conflicts. Hitler thought that the Treaty of Versailles should be cancelled and land taken from Germany must be returned. This led to problems as they were demanding land, which not only is against the Treaty's wishes, but will make then a lot stronger when or if future wars do happen. He said that all people of German blood, including many in Austria and Czechoslovakia, must be allowed to live in Greater Germany.
Adolf Hitler joined a small political party in 1919 and rose to leadership through his emotional and captivating speeches. He encouraged national pride, militarism, and a commitment to the Volk and a racially "pure" Germany. Hitler condemned the Jews, exploiting anti-Semitic feelings that had prevailed in Europe for centuries. He changed the name of the party to the National Socialist German Workers' Party, called for short, the Nazi Party. By the end of 1920, the Nazi Party had about 3,000 members. A year later Hitler became its official leader Führer. From this, we can see his potential of being a leader and his development in his propaganda.
