“We used to say in the White House that if a place is too dangerous, too small, or too poor, send the first lady.” (Hillary Clinton) For starters, I object the idea that either Clinton and Trump to become president, but if I were to choose, I believe Hillary Clinton to be the better of the two. Even though Hillary is sometimes very ignorant, she is much fitter to become the president of the United States of America. Generally speaking, Clinton has more experience than Trump, she would make a great role model, and she believes in equality for all people.
To begin with, Hillary Clinton does have prior knowledge and understanding about politics. This is something that Trump obviously, does not have. Yes, he is a businessman, and it could be what America needs, to be ran like a business, but he’s not a politician. Instead, Hillary has been in office for eight years, she was the United States Secretary of State as well as a Senator from 2001 to 2009. Before that, she was also the First Lady to President Bill Clinton when he was in office from 1993 to 2001. In her younger days, she was also accepted into Wellesley College and Yale University, and received her education from there. She too, was an assistant professor at the University of Arkansas Law School, making her a great candidate for the President of America.

Additionally, Clinton can become the first female president ever in U.S history.
How great would that be? Barack Obama, the first colored president, and next to him, we would have Hillary Clinton, the first female president of the United States. That would be epic, if anybody were to look through the list of presidents, they would be amazed. This would also open new doors for the women of our country, allowing them to dream things that they can’t ever imagine, and do things that people say they can’t. Even so, this would be a huge step for the female population of America and she would become a role model to a lot of
people. Furthermore, Hillary Clinton is not a racist person. She believes in the equality and justice for everybody, and is willing to help. We all know that she has done bad things in the past, but I do believe that she has changed for the better. A lot of Donald Trump supporters like to dwell into Clinton’s past and blame her for it, but people change, others just have to accept that. She does not want to build a wall, nor push others out. This is a free country, and anyone who wants to be here, should be allowed here. Donald Trump may have some pros, but he will get us killed because he talks before he thinks, which is not very pleasant. In conclusion, I think that Hillary Clinton is a better candidate than Donald Trump for this position and I support her. She may not be the greatest, but she’s the best we have right now. “Every moment wasted looking back, keeps us from moving forward.” (Hillary Clinton)
Even though people think it’s not “normal” for a female to be president anything is possible. Clinton went to both Wellesley and Yale colleges. When she Yale, she studied to be a lawyer, which she would later become. She eventually found her way to marry. Clinton married William “Bill” Clinton in 1975, and had a child Chelsea. The former President Bill would later become president and that led her to becoming the first lady. As you can see she had to balance a lot in her life so far.
Due to Donald Trump’s lack of political experience, preoccupation with multiple careers, and blatantly self-serving intentions, he should not ever have been considered a reasonable candidate for the presidential election.
While Donald Trump is a billion dollar business tycoon and he's known for his shrewd dealings as a real estate mogul, he still wants to run for President of the United States. The mogul has popularity among the rich and famous for his business-style leadership and will use this to his advantage to gain votes and supporters. In my opinion, Donald Trump is a confrontational and brazen individual. He seems to treat his candidacy with the same unethical attitude that is used in his line of business.
Everyones views are different on everything, especially when it comes down to politics. But anyone in my opinion other than Trump for president would be a major mistake considering the major financial crisis we are in throughout our country. As Trump would say, “Make America Great Again”.
Trump should not become president, for he is an unqualified candidate who has no political background and makes unconstitutional promises. Donald Trump is an arrogant candidate for chief executive, who doesn’t acknowledge the views of the people and whose only concern is how much he has in his pocket. He only represents a small portion of individuals and the rest differ. Everyone believes that he is rich and successful because he is an entrepreneur and a hard-working citizen. That’s not true, though.
Moreover, I believe it is a good start to set a foundation in order to work and find solutions to every misrepresentation in the country in regards to women. In my opinion, it is an honor to have a woman representing one of the most used U.S. bills, especially since it is the first time in the history that has ever been generally accepted. On the other hand, there is a strong irony and controversy respecting the substitution of a president who supported and profited black slaves with a woman who escaped, helped escape other slaves, and fought for this discriminatory policy. However, it is extremely interesting the relationship of both, especially because there were other women in the contest to be portrayed in the bill, and she was the one who won thanks to citizens’
Some people believe her values are “a result of having lived through the depression” (Harris 673). She has seen the worst and hopes to make things better for her people. As a child, Clinton was “earning merit badges in girl scouts and starring in the girls softball league” (Harris 674). She has always believed women were smart and strong. Earning badges and playing sports might not seem like much, but it taught a young Clinton that women can do anything they set their mind to. Clinton went off to college and met her husband Bill Clinton there. As the couple got older, Bill decided he wanted to run for president. Hillary “went to Indiana to coordinate the campaign” (Harris 678) for Bill. From the start to the end of Bill’s presidency, Hillary was “extremely active in government affairs” (Hurley 204). She “[emphasized] the need for a global feminist agenda” (Hurley 204-205). Even though Bill was the president, Hillary applied herself as if she were the president. She encouraged equality for genders. Her speech “Women’s Rights Are Human Rights” was given right in the middle of Bill’s presidency. She used her economic power to create awareness of the gender inequality in the
What do you do with a murderer of a child? The story of Michelle Jones is a controversial one, a tale of an attempt at redemption. Michelle Jones was abused by her mother as a child when she grew up. At 14, she became pregnant as a result of non-consensual sex. When her child was four years old, she killed and buried him. The penalty, 50 years in federal prison, was correctly justified. After 20 years, she was let out due to good behavior and her educational attainment; she had received her undergraduate and graduate degrees studying in prison. Without internet, she read from the prison’s library and produced a research project. Let out 30 years early, she applied to many of the top universities in country, including New York University and
I believe that we need a change in America and I personally think that Donald Trump is going to be the president to bring us the change that is needed to make America great again. His views on gun control, which is that it is unnecessary, and his ideals to bring jobs back to America from china are all good thing that Americans needs. He has a lot of great ideas, and some not so great, in my opinion, that he has to offer if he becomes the President of the United States in the next election. Hillary Clinton is not necessary a bad choice for America, I just believe that she wants to lead us down the same path that we have been on for the last 8 years. We need a huge change and Donald Trump can give us that.
But he is very rude and inappropriate and lacks the qualifications to become the next president. Whereas, Hilary Clinton conducts herself professionally, has significant political experience and a proven track record. According to her biography, “Hillary Clinton was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2001; she became the first American first lady to ever win a public office seat. She later became the 67th U.S. secretary of state in 2009, serving until 2013”.
Beyoncé once famously exclaimed in her 2006 triple platinum song “Irreplaceable”, “To the left, to the left, everything you own in the box to the left”. Despite astonishingly high rates of voter loyalty, the Democratic Party has been unable to solve many of the issues faced by the African-American Community. Issues such as wealth inequality and mass incarceration have gone largely unaddressed. Much to the dismay of the American pop culture mogul and Democratic strategists alike, the African-American Community should de-align from the Democratic Party and become swing voters. By becoming less attached to one party, the issues facing the African American Community could help reshape policy platforms as Republicans see the community’s vote as more attainable, and Democrats lose the ability to pay lip service to issues without delivering pay-dirt.
Many Americans are beginning to wonder who will run as the Democratic candidate for the next president of the United States. Since the 2008 election, one particular name has been the topic of conversation around most media outlets and households across the county. With over one million supporters who believe in her abilities to lead, Hillary Clinton possesses the qualities that meet the leadership criteria that would help her to become the leader of the free world. I choose to research Hillary Clinton because I admire the drive and passion she puts into her work. She is a unique global leader whose activism has promoted social change around the world.
About eight decades ago, the United States Constitution granted American women the right to vote. During the same era, only men ran for office and decided what is best for American citizens. Many females in the world today are becoming politicians. Today, many women will consider running for local offices in their communities. The “Women Rights” article states “women were excluded from the electoral process for more than 140 years”. The “Women Rights” article also states that women did not have the opportunity to attend college. Women in their communities are considering running for president, commissioner, secretary, etc. American citizens will decide who should hold office. The three reasons why I believe women should consider politics are
I am not affiliated with any political parties, but in my opinion, females could be successful presidents too. I'm sure that if Hillary Clinton does become the president of the United States, she would be just as successful as like her husband Bill Clinton. The world hasn't had a woman president in any term of presidency, but it doesn't mean that a woman can't be president. However, in order to for the United States to have a good president, the president needs to make wise choices, keep his/her promises, follow the laws and show that people that they're capable to help the world. Also, I believe that some women do have most of these qualities in them and they could become a better president than some other men. When people start to cast their
