A lot of people just do not have the time to come up with good, healthy idea to cook for dinner, and this leads to unhealthy eating habits. Working a full-time job and going to school full-time leaves no free time to plan, buy and make meals that are healthy for one’s family. Having the ability to cook a healthy meal every night for the family is one less stressful thing to have to worry about. Each meal is individually designed and marketed to appeal to every aspect of the consumer's needs and wants. The choices are easy, just pick how many people to feed, how many meals per week, which plan, and the day of the week for the delivery (Our Meal Plans, 2017) It is that easy. As a full-time working mother, who is also a full-time college student this meal plan is a life saver. It was a struggle to find time to come up with ideas to cook that were not only healthy but easy to fix.
