Health Related Fitness
The definition of health related fitness is health related fitness
relates to those components of health status.
Our health status is: -
Strength. Muscular endurance, Aerobic endurance, Flexibility and Body
composition.
Now I am going to explain their purpose and importance in relation to
the five components of fitness.
1. Aerobic Endurance
2. Muscular Endurance
3. Body Composition
4. Flexibility
5. Strength
Aerobic Endurance
=================
Aerobic Endurance is the body's ability to exercise whole muscle
groups over an extended period of time at moderate intensity,
utilizing aerobic energy. Your aerobic system uses oxygen to break
down carbohydrates and convert them into lasting energy. Since it's a
prolonged need, fats and proteins are also broken down, making aerobic
workouts ideal for fat loss.
Muscular Endurance
==================
Muscle Endurance is the measure of how well muscles can repeatedly
generate force, and the amount of time they can maintain activity.
Muscular Endurance is the practical use of raw strength. It is crucial
for every fitness activity, from the mostly anaerobic weight lifting
reps to intense aerobic activities like jogging (where specific
muscles in the legs are used repeatedly.) Muscular endurance combines
both aerobic and anaerobic energy.
Body Composition
Body composition is the amount of body fat and lean body tissue in an
individual.
Flexibility
Flexibility is the range of motion at a given joint. As an example,
your shoulders should allow you to reach behind your back and touch

...uldn’t need explosive energy because they will
need to keep all the energy they need o get round the marathon.
So a 100 metre Sprinter will have to have a good muscular endurance
level because they will need to be getting all the blood pumping into
there legs as they will need to run as fast as there legs can move.
They will need to have some flexibility as they will need to be able
to jump up as fast as the can out of the blocks when the gun goes off
to start the race.
They will need aerobic endurance, as they will us less oxygen when
they race begins, as they will be putting everything into the sprint
as they can.
There body composition will be different to a marathon runner because
they will be a bigger size as there muscles will be bigger as they
will need to have as much strength and power as they can.
The only time you shouldn’t jump is when you are shooting a free, which is also known as a set shot. You want to jump when shooting perimeter shots because the distance between you and the basket is greater than it is when shooting a free throw. By jumping, you will be using the strength of both your arms and legs to help you get the ball all the way to the rim.
Wireless voice poles are kept in front of the shooter, so when they are ready for a target they simply call out “Pull”, and a target is thrown. Posture is very important when shooting. Feet are to be placed a shoulder width apart, with feet almost perpendicular to the top of the square. Assuming the shooter is right handed, the right elbow is kept straight out, even with the shoulder, right hand holding the trigger guard and butt of the gun, and left hand holding the stock. Both eyes must be open while shooting for the best accuracy.

Health visitors are registered nurses who undergo extra training to work in the community with families and children under five. The main principles of health visiting are to ensure that children have a healthy and positive start to life by recognising health needs, encouraging health enhancing activities and influencing health policies (Craig and Lindsay, 2000). Health visitors provide the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) which allows all families access to services ranging from immunisations through to safeguarding. Although health visitors play a key part in the healthcare of families and children they also work closely with other health professionals in order to help families achieve optimum health. This essay will describe the health visiting role in more depth as well as discuss why immunisations are a key role in the health promotion undertaken by a health visitor.

This study assessed heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximeter readings at rest and during exercise. The heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), and oximetery measurements provide better insight into the inner workings of the human body. In using the results of the assessment, one can determine the affects that rest and exercise have on the cardiac system.

hands. He also has thin legs which are very long. Hawkeye is much like a Metis
Recorded videos were used to analyze the movement patterns of the runners. The participants were an elite (male) and a novice runner (female). The elite runner used a standard track field while the novice used a treadmill in a standard gym. The result showed that the elite runner had a longer stride than the non-expert due to his long legs. The novice runner required less force to move her body than the elite runner. The expert had longer stride resulting in longer step length which made him move faster than the novice. As the feet of both participants touched the ground the expert had a higher ground reaction force than the non-expert. The elite had a higher cadence than the non-elite because his legs moved faster. During stance phase, they both have one foot on the ground and as their foot first hit the ground they both slow down. However, the novice was slower because the elite had a faster speed making him spend less time in the
At first, you need to concentrate in order to make your fingers, hands, arms (and feet) move in just the right way, based on what you see. What you're learning is precision, i.e. how to make the boom attachment perform the task (move a load, grapple a tree, drill a hole, etc.) carefully.
Due to the interaction with air on Earth, runners experience a resistive force against the airflow. This is called the drag force, or air resistance. The equation for this drag force is given as :
