1- Environmental Control As stated in “Cultural Phenomena Affecting Health Care” about the white ethnic group there is a primary reliance on Western health-care delivery system, while the remaining traditional health and illness beliefs and practices may be observed. In Egyptian culture, people tend to use the mixture of modern and traditional medicine. The modern health-care delivery system is the primary system. However, the people who do not have the money or an access to the modern health care tend to use traditional remedies rather than modern medicine. Additionally, traditional people who have traditional health and illness beliefs may refuse or do not trust the modern medicine. Egyptians received their information about herbs from family members and preferred raw herbs that could add to their common food. The most common medical problems that herbs were used for are health care maintenance, upper respiratory infection, skin problems, and dyspepsia.

Most of the Egyptians have brown eyes, brown hair, and average height. Egyptians people have various skin colors; they are not white, but also they are not black. Nutritional variation. The available food supplies are distributed according to the different socio-economic classes. The consumption of animal protein and animal fat were higher among urban areas. Diseases susceptibility. Breast cancer, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and Thalassemia are common in this heritage. Additionally, certain disorders are common in Egypt, including haemoglobinopathies, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, different congenital malformations caused by recessive genes, and several metabolic disorders. Regarding micronutrient deficiencies, anemia (iron deficiency anemia) is considered the most prevalent among preschool children and their mothers.(Al-Gazali, Hamamy,& Al-Arrayad, 2006).
