Under the World Council, everyone is to follow the many rules put in place and no one even tries to break them. There is no “I” in their language, there is only “we”. Before I begin my Essay I would like to give an example of the importance in language many years ago. I was recently watching the advertisement of Bake Rolls and it interested me a lot. A bunch of Neanderthals are trying to name the wheel. It is really interesting to see how all forms of language, verbal and non-verbal are integrated together to pass a message to the other Neanderthals. When he says ‘sinema gugu’ meaning ‘I will call it’ he includes sign language and expressions to convince his fellows that he has the best idea before he even says what his idea is. This emphasizes that any of the systems of human language, are used and understood by a particular group of people.
In a conclusion , language is the important to the expression of culture. As a means of communicating values, beliefs and customs, it has an important social function and fosters feelings of group identity and solidarity. To start with, I do not want to narrowly define language as merely verbal communication. Language is far broader than that. In a few seconds a person walking past you on the street could tell you more about themselves with a sincere smile than they could with a few rushed words. Language encompasses all aspects of communication that enhance the level of our interaction. The tone in our voice demonstrating our feelings on a topic or our body language indicating our level of interest are just as important in interaction as verbally communicating content. There for I define language as any act that is involved in the interaction between two or more people.

Most people will view language as the way that we talk to others, either by the spoken or written word. Language, however, extends beyond just what is written and spoken. Even though there are advantages as well as disadvantages, the need for international language for communication, politics, economics and security is necessary and English is the best “language candidate” for that function. English is a language spread all over the world and it is used by millions and millions of speakers. According to my opinion, people should use English as a tool to communicate with all cultures but every country must keep their culture and language is a great part of it. In conclusion, language defines identity of a country and everyone should keep their language and explore others.
Speech is vitally important for a variety of reasons. I believe that our words can increase or decrease our level of happiness or even have a positive or negative effect towards our future. Speech helps us as a society to resolve issues in a respectful manner; it helps us get important points across and convey messages, it also helps us structure our ways of communicating. The importance of speech is giving us the ability to make situations more...
