Introduction
I believe that the Greek people were the most successful ancient civilization. The Greeks had the best art and architecture in ancient times, that is still copied today.The Greeks invented democracy. Greek literature was very important as they introduced greek mythology, documented scientific discoveries, math and history to the world.
Art
The Greeks art was the most successful art in ancient times. They were known for the golden age of art but their art wasn't always perfect and graceful. They made horizontal planes with a very slight upward U-shape and columns that were fatter in the middle than at the ends.
